You Are Your Own Poll Watcher

The 2020 election ‘occurs’ on Tuesday November 3rd but early voting in Arizona begins in early October after ballots are mailed out on 10/7. At least 70% of Arizona voters are on the PEVL, the Permanent Early Voting List, and will receive their ballot in the mail.

Hundreds of thousands of early, mail-in ballots in Maricopa County and elsewhere in Arizona are dropped off at polling stations on the day of election and require weeks of continued counting by the County Recorders throughout the state. These votes are not part of the election eve tallies that are reported to the public. We have grave concerns about Adrian Fontes, the Maricopa County Recorder, who has demonstrated extreme partisan behavior in what should be a clean, non-partisan office charged with conducting honest elections.

We believe things ‘happened’ in 2018 when Martha McSally (R) led the U.S. Senate race on election night and was declared to be the loser two weeks later. The same result occurred for Steve Gaynor (R) in the AZ Secretary of State race. He was declared winner by the Associated Press on election eve and then loser two weeks later. Frank Riggs (R) was also leading on election night in the race for AZ Superintendent of Education only to be declared the loser in subsequent weeks. Similar results were seen in multiple U.S. House races in California and other locations throughout the country.

This year the Democrat Party is attempting to force a universal mail-in ballot system throughout America because of the Wuhan viral pandemic, a formula for inaccurate counts at best and widespread fraud at worst.

We also know that voter registration lists throughout America are replete with incorrect addresses, deceased registrants and many other voter distorting errors. Last year Judicial Watch successfully sued Los Angeles County to clean up over one million voter registrations that were not accurate for many reasons that clearly was a threat to honest and accurate elections in that county.

What can you do to ensure your mail-in vote is counted? Simple – be your own (and your family’s and friends’) poll watcher. The following is for Maricopa County voters – it is similar in other counties and you can check your ballot by going to your County Recorder Office online.

  • When you receive your mail-in ballot, vote without delay. Don’t wait many days or until the election. Fill out the ballot ASAP and mail it in, preferably at the post office. Your vote will be counted in the coming days.
  • Within days start your poll watching effort. Use the following link to check the receipt of your ballot and the ‘approval’ of your signature on the mail-in ballot envelope (don’t forget to sign the envelope before mailing it!!).
  • To check your mail-in ballot: https://my.arizona.vote/AbsenteeTracker.aspx
  • Assure that your ballot was received and that your signature was approved. If so, you can be certain your vote was counted and will be in the tally that will be reported after polls close on November 3rd this year. If not, contact the County Recorder office and get to work fixing the problem. Be Your Own Poll Watcher – spread the news!

Who is responsible for an honest election? You are!! Either vote in person on November 3rd or follow your mail-in ballot to be sure it is received and counted. Mail it in early (without delay). Do not wait until election day to ‘drop off’ your ballot at a polling station only to have it counted after November 3rd. Don’t stop following your ballot until you are certain it is counted. Tell everyone you know!!

TAKE ACTION

The Prickly Pear’s TAKE ACTION focus this year is to help achieve a winning 2024 national and state November 5th election with the removal of the Biden/Obama leftist executive branch disaster, win one U.S. Senate seat, maintain and win strong majorities in all Arizona state offices on the ballot and to insure that unrestricted abortion is not constitutionally embedded in our laws and culture.

Please click the TAKE ACTION link to learn to do’s and don’ts for voting in 2024. Our state and national elections are at great risk from the very aggressive and radical leftist Democrat operatives with documented rigging, mail-in voter fraud and illegals voting across the country (yes, with illegals voting across the country) in the last several election cycles.

Read Part 1 and Part 2 of The Prickly Pear essays entitled How NOT to Vote in the November 5, 2024 Election in Arizona to be well informed of the above issues and to vote in a way to ensure the most likely chance your vote will be counted and counted as you intend.
