NOTABLE QUOTES
Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen in 1931: America, it is said, is suffering from intolerance — it is not. It is suffering from tolerance. Tolerance of right and wrong, truth and error, virtue and evil, Christ and chaos. Our country is not nearly so overrun with the bigoted as it is overrun with the broadminded.
Dennis Prager: The leaders of communist regimes and the vast number of people who helped those leaders torture, enslave and murder — plus the many more people who reported on their neighbors for saying something objectionable to the communists — were nearly all normal people. Of course, some were psychopaths, but most were not. Which proves that any society — including free ones — can devolve into communism or some analogous evil.
Steve Bannon host of War Room Pandemic erupts about Biden’s radical amnesty bill: This is the bill to make our millennials Russian serfs
Merrick Garland Biden nominee for U.S. Attorney General when asked by Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) if unlawful border crossings into the U.S. should remain a crime responded: I don’t know of a proposal to decriminalize but still make it unlawful to enter, I just don’t know the answer to that question, I haven’t thought about it.
Merrick Garland Biden nominee for U.S. Attorney General when asked by Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) to explain the meaning of the Second Amendment replied: I don’t have an opinion on that question.
Disclose tv tweet: Biden AG pick Merrick Garland says #Antifa attacks on federal courthouse may not be domestic terrorism because they happened at night.
Steve Moore an economist with the Heritage Foundation: The whole green agenda it turns out is anti-blue collar industrial workers.
Pedro Gonzales contributor to America Greatness: Greed makes people do stupid, self-destructive things. Even in the face of catastrophe, the avaricious won’t be able to quit. It is an old yet timeless lesson, and one that policymakers in our time seem immune from learning.
Default Friend contributor to American Mind: The tropes of “wrongthink” and “thought police” have gone from ironic Reddit-isms to palpable cultural forces and persistent threats in everyone’s lives. A friend who’s a well-known author confides in me that she obsessively combs through old Facebook messages, asking herself, “Did I accidentally say something racist 10 years ago that might be used against me?
Larry Johnson contributor to Gateway Pundit suggests ways to fight back against branding being White as racist: For starters, so-called “White” people ain’t white. My skin is pinkish to light brown. I will no longer check any box that requires me to identify as “White”. I will choose other. I encourage you to do the same. Start fighting back.

Sundance: Mitch McConnell Will Vote to Confirm Merrick Garland as U.S. Attorney General
U.S. Attorney General nominee Merrick Garland stated during his congressional testimony that Antifa was not a terrorist or extremist group, and agreed that congress should censor the internet. Garland is allied with Lawfare, and has expressed an interest in weaponizing the position of the AG in order for the DOJ to continue targeting political enemies. That said, it does not come as a surprise to see Senator Mitch McConnell support Garland. Mitch supports any system or nominee that will remove any entity that is considered a threat to the professional political class.

Key: Liz Cheney: GOP Needs to Make Clear After Capitol Riot ‘We Aren’t the Party of White Supremacy’
Representative Liz Cheney (R- WY), one of ten House Republicans who voted to impeach former President Donald Trump . . . Cheney said, “Certainly the potential of a 9/11-style commission, I think that is very important. I think there are many aspects of what happened on the 6th and in the days and weeks and months leading up to it that have to be investigated.” [NOTE: Why do Republicans always lend credibility to an untruthful Democrat narrative by adopting their language and assumptions?]

LaChnace: REPORT: Blue Collar Voters Are Flocking To The Republican Party
Data from the NBC News poll shows that the composition of the two major parties is changing, and one massive shift is coming in employment: the kinds of jobs Democrats and Republicans hold. There are signs across racial and ethnic demographic groups that Republicans are becoming the party of blue-collar Americans and the change is happening quickly. […] Blue-collar voters made a major shift from the Democratic Party to the GOP under former President Donald Trump, including those from Hispanic and black demographics. The percentage of blue-collar voters who associate themselves with the Republican Party has grown 12 points over the last decade,

Ron DeSantis Dominates Rubio, Scott in Florida Presidential Poll
In a hypothetical three-way primary for president, DeSantis gets 64 percent support compared to 12 percent for Rubio and 10 percent for Scott, according to Fabrizio’s survey, which was conducted last week for a private client and shared with POLITICO. That 52-point lead over Rubio represents a massive increase since July — the last time Fabrizio polled a matchup between the three and found DeSantis ahead by just 11 points over Rubio. […] Fabrizio’s survey of 304 Republicans had a margin of error of +/-5.6 percent.

Hochschild: Once Upon a Presidency
From populist to dissident Let’s say you’ve long been disaffected with political parties. You don’t trust them. You care about politics, but you don’t see much promise in the standard candidates. Let’s even say you have suspicions the two parties are more interested in their own power than in helping the country. Occasionally you see promising people come forward, challenging the conventions. […] For whatever reason—naïve disaffection, intellectual aloofness, religious detachment—you don’t feel at home in mainstream partisan politics, and you suspect that the system, the two parties themselves, are stacked against you. There are economic and political explanations of why they might be stacked against you. Whether you are aware of these explanations or not, the evidence is clear: candidates who challenge them, candidates who are too “populist,” are always marginalized, ridiculed, suppressed. Then along comes Trump. The Renegade […] So you find yourself one of tens of millions willing to give him a chance. What’s the worst that can happen? […] The allegation that Trump “incited” an “insurrection” implies that anyone in the crowd that day was, if not actually criminal, at least dangerously stupid. Whose idea of unifying is this? Whose idea of political courage? In democratic political contests, winners need the losers to trust the fairness of the system. So why would winners demonize losers as disloyal and dangerous? This isn’t how you envisioned any political drama, much less your own role in one. In the story you imagined, skepticism and populism are not partisan issues, and protest and argument are messy but welcome. These are a regime’s natural mechanisms for improvement. But what happens when they are not accepted and addressed, when instead they are slandered and suppressed?

CHINA: AMERICA’S MORTAL ENEMY
Wilber: The Chinese Communist Takeover of America Is Well Underway
If I told you that a Marxist infiltration of every aspect of American life has been taking place, and that it’s been underway for decades, would you believe me? If I was even more specific and said that the Chinese Communist Party was primarily behind it, would you believe that as well? If I told you that our educational institutions, our colleges and universities, high schools, and even elementary schools were targets for Marxist indoctrination, would you believe that? Well to not believe it would be at your own peril. Having been involved in intelligence work for over 30 years, I’ve seen these efforts firsthand. The facts are that the Communist Chinese have been infiltrating our country for decades. Chinese intelligence agents are working overtime trying to steal our technology, our government and military secrets, but more importantly they have been and continue to operate as agents of influence.

The Right Scoop: “Worst persecution since Chairman Mao Zedong” – China expands UNRELENTING crackdown against Christians
CBN News is exposing how Biden’s good friend, President Xi of China, is expanding his crackdown against Christians and Muslims with unrelenting persecution: . . . Wuhan Lab *Was* Cause Of COVID-19, Claims Award-Winning Scientist In New Study Citing 600 Pieces Of Evidence.
A new study from renowned University of Hamburg researcher Roland Wiesendanger concludes the Wuhan Institute of Virology was the “cause” of COVID-19. The February study argues against two prevailing theories that COVID-19 was transmitted to humans either via a wet market or a lab accident. “To date, there is no scientifically based rigorous evidence for either mentioned theories,” Wiesendanger, a three-time recipient of the prestigious European Research Council grant.

BIDEN/HARRIS/OBAMA REGIME: TRANSFORMING AMERICA
Prager: The Denial of Evil: The Case of Communism
One of the most highly regarded books of the 20th century was Ernest Becker’s “The Denial of Death.” Winner of the 1974 Pulitzer Prize, the book is regarded as a classic for its analysis of how human beings deny their mortal. But there is something people deny more than mortality: evil. Someone should write a book on the denial of evil; that would be much more important because while we cannot prevent death, we can prevent evil. The most glaring example of the denial of evil is communism, an ideology that, within a period of only 60 years, created modern totalitarianism and deprived of human rights, tortured, starved and killed more people than any other ideology in history. […] I need to address another question: Why is it important that everyone know what communism did? Here are three reasons: . . . […] The leaders of communist regimes and the vast number of people who helped those leaders torture, enslave and murder — plus the many more people who reported on their neighbors for saying something objectionable to the communists — were nearly all normal people. Of course, some were psychopaths, but most were not. Which proves that any society — including free ones — can devolve into communism or some analogous evil. Now some facts: . . .

Thornton: Joe Biden’s Dangerous First Month
Welcome to ‘America Last.” The collateral damage of the Democrats’ irrational obsession with Donald Trump includes Trump’s transformative policies that rescued both an underperforming economy, and a foreign policy dangerously mired in stale “new world order” narratives. In just one month the extent of the Dems’ damage is obvious, with more to come if Biden’s plans can secure legislative approval.

THE DEMOCRAT PARTY’S WAR ON AMERICA’S CHILDREN
Gelernter: No More School
An election stolen from a sitting president, the cowardice of Congress, the moral bankruptcy of the judiciary, corruption of federal agencies, violent mobs in our cities, and compulsory masks on every face. We are trying to sort out what to address, and how. How do we save our freedom? We seem to have more problems than we can possibly handle. There are a lot of useful suggestions out there—reforms to the judiciary, term limits for Congress, election law reform, and anti-fraud measures. These are important, vital things. They are the oxygen, the fuel, the telemetry, and guidance computers. But knowledge is power. We have gone on for years imagining that, if we elect the right politicians and vote for the right policies, the nation will be safe even if we hand over the education of our children to the Marxists at the National Education Association and the American Federation of Teachers. Now we’re in trouble. And it won’t matter what the tax laws are or how health insurance is structured or who is running the military if we continue to neglect the education of our children: Education is everything. There is no need to catalog the moral and intellectual atrocities that our schools are perpetrating. Things have been bad for at least a generation now, and are getting worse. Instances of left-wing indoctrination are well-documented elsewhere, and most readers have first-hand encounters, or have watched the transformation of their own children and their neighbor’s children as they are taught to hate America, hate and fear the Bible, and project that hate onto the grand and obscure concept of social injustice which somehow dominates the world and everyone in it. The question is, what do we do about it?

Duke: Conservatives Need to Start Taking No Prisoners and Claiming Scalps
One reason conservatives never saw a culture war they couldn’t lose is that they insist on using Queensberry rules, even as the Left fights no-holds-barred. Consider, for example, two scenarios. When leftists discover someone “committing conservatism” — such as when former Mozilla CEO Brendan Eich was found to have donated $1,000 to California’s Proposition 8 — they accept nothing less than the person’s termination. In fact, they never want him to work again. Ergo “cancel culture.” When leftists effect something truly outrageous, such as the anti-white “Deep Equity” school curriculum being implemented nationwide, the reaction is different. Conservatives may fight back against it as they did with Deep Equity in Chandler, Arizona, but they’re generally satisfied if the social engineering is abandoned. They don’t go for blood. In fact, so often have I heard prominent conservative figures say in such a situation, “Look, I don’t want anyone fired.” Well, I do. I say this not with just a vindictive spirit. Liberals make sure to administer a coup de grâce generally driven by anger and hatred, emotions epitomizing them. Yet slightly more thoughtful leftists may have an additional reason and understand something: Culture wars are zero-sum games. And winning a battle but leaving your adversary in place to fight another day is no recipe for victory. With respect to school indoctrination, consider: If you caught a teacher trying to molest your child, would you be satisfied with an apology and continue leaving your kid in his care? Why should it be any different when a teacher visits upon your child the rape of mind, heart and soul? The point apparently missed is that in such a situation, the problem is not that the educator tried to effect a given type of toxic indoctrination. It’s that he’s the kind of person who would effect toxic indoctrination. […] The teaching in schools today will become the politics of tomorrow.

WUHAN FLU: IT’S POLITICAL
The Right Scoop: “Progressive blowout for the ages” – WSJ exposes TRUTH about Biden COVID relief bill, how most of it has NOTHING to do with COVID
Last week we told you that CNN admitted that Biden and Democrats would be using the COVID relief bill to push their radical Democratic agenda, something they claimed could be risking for Democrats. Well today the WSJ editorial board has published an article this morning exposing how Biden’s 1.9 trillion COVID relief bill only contains $825 billion in actual COVID relief, whereas the remaining trillion or more is a “combination of bailouts for Democratic constituencies, expansions of progressive programs, pork, and unrelated policy changes”. After explaining what the bill contains related to COVID, here’s what the WSJ writes about all the non-COVID progressive agenda items within the bill: All told, this generous definition of Covid-related provisions tallies some $825 billion. The rest of the bill—more than $1 trillion—is a combination of bailouts for Democratic constituencies, expansions of progressive programs, pork, and unrelated policy changes. • Start with . . .

Baumann: These Are the Roughly 200 Businesses Whose Leaders Are Backing Gun Control Initiatives
According to Gottlieb, putting together the list was about giving pro-gun Americans knowledge about their purchasing habits. It’s not about boycotting companies and businesses but rather about giving Americans the ability to make informed decisions about where their hard-earned dollars go. “We encourage people to buy products from companies they can count on to not support efforts aimed at curtailing constitutional rights,” he explained. “By providing this information, we hope gun owning consumers are making reasonable decisions about which businesses to patronize. This might convince some businesses to re-think their core values.”
