Monica Showalter contributor to American Thinker comments on the G7 meeting: Nobody wanted to talk to him. Notice that it’s Joe who tries to glom onto some minor foreign leader at the end of video clip in a desperate bid to not be alone for the cameras. Nobody seeks him out. It’s downright sad. And it comes after Joe spent oodles of political capital sucking up to this bunch, flattering them, declaring “America’s back.” He excused the NATO members among them from their dues, jumped back on with the hideous Europe-favored Paris treaty, and gave the O.K. to Germany’s Russian pipeline, a move that’s sure to shift some German priorities. Still, after all that, and likely more, nobody wanted to talk to him. . . . Normally, the U.S. president is the main power player, the man sought out by others at such G-7 meetings, the star of the show, a man with a constellation of power players, the ultimate deal-maker.

Christopher Roach contributor to American Greatness: The Left rightly may be described as using race to divide the lower classes, while pillaging the most politically palatable source of spoils for its redistributionist policies: the mostly white middle class.

Brian C. Joondeph, MD contributor to American Thinker: The first recorded use of the donkey to represent the Democrat party was in a Harper’s Weekly cartoon entitled, “A live jackass kicking a dead lion.” While the jackass would be a better mascot, modern Democrats would consider the mascot sexist as a jackass is a male donkey. Female donkeys are called “jennies,” although in Congress they are referred to as “The Squad.” If one looks at the modern-day Democrat party, including Democrats in elected office and behind cable news anchor desks, the jackass would be a representative mascot. But post-COVID, I propose a new mascot, the simple face mask, a facial covering used to signify virtue, wokeness, and most of all, identify the user as NOT a Republican, conservative, or Trump supporter.

Christopher Roach contributor to American Greatness: . . .the number of self-quarantining Democrats may not prove to be so easily reduced. After over a year of weaponizing the worst of the pandemic and locking down the best of our society, they have come not only to believe it, but to embrace it.

Tucker Carlson Fox News host said on Thursday: “It is no longer your body, it is no longer your choice. When it comes to this vaccine, there is no escape.”

Dr. Joseph Mercola contributor to LewsRockwell.com: While many people around the world still believe COVID-19 has been one of the deadliest pandemics in modern history and those of us who have survived are the lucky ones, the facts indeed tell a very different story. When you look at how case rates and death statistics have been collected and reported, and how those parameters have changed along the way, you realize that the pandemic was a mirage, created through the manipulation of data and nothing else.

President Biden marking the 5th anniversary of the gay nightclub mass shooting released a statement: In the coming days, I will sign a bill designating Pulse Nightclub as a national memorial, enshrining in law what has been true since that terrible day five years ago: Pulse Nightclub is hallowed ground.

Jonathon Moseley contributor to American Thinker: Because of the complex nature of the Earth, including many influences we probably don’t know about, we cannot use short periods of time to draw conclusions. If we knew the Earth warmed over the last 200 years that would not tell us why, in the climate of a 4.5 billion year old planet.

Sundance contributor to the Conservative Treehouse: If the deep state wants to cover for 2020 election fraud perhaps they would flood the zone with cyber-intrusions to undermine any electronic evidence? It would not be the first time we have seen this type of cover operation.

Saavedra: AOC’s Alleged Aunt Disputes Claim Trump At Fault For Puerto Rico Aid Issues: ‘We Had The Assistance And It Didn’t Get To The People’
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s (D-NY) alleged aunt disputed the far-left lawmaker’s recent claim that former President Donald Trump was responsible for the lack of aid in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, saying in an interview that the problem was the Puerto Rican government, not politicians in Washington, D.C. […] The Daily Mail said that AOC’s “aunt” “refused” to blame Trump for the alleged problems that many of the victims of Hurricane Maria had with getting aid to repair their homes.

Sundance: Flooding the Zone, Another Report of Hackers Stealing Personal Data of 26 Million Big Tech Platform Users
Color me increasingly suspicious of the sudden ‘uptick’ in cyber hacking reports. The timeline tells a bigger story and my hunch is this is the creation of cover for a future U.S. government position that audit outcomes should be ignored because cyber security breaches are common. In March of this year the media reported about the U.S. Department of Homeland Security getting ready to hire public companies, individual contractors outside government, to scour public data and social media in order to provide information for the new “domestic terror watch lists.” From the description it appeared DHS was going to pay “big tech” (Google, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, SnapChat, Twitter, etc.), via contracts, to hire and organize internal monitoring teams to assist the government by sending information on citizens they deem “dangerous”, ie “domestic extremists” {LINK}. To facilitate that national security objective the Feds . . . {…] In the background of these data breaches CTH is noting that U.S. officials are now admitting U.S. election systems are connected to the internet: . . . […] Obviously I’m professionally cynical of all DC interests and motives; nothing they do is altruistic and everything is based on their model of self-preservation of power. As a consequence . . . Olson: Republicans who voted for impeachment face barrage of pro-Trump primary challengers
Nine of the 10 Republicans who voted to impeach former President Donald Trump over the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol are already facing primary challenges – and some of them may have a very hard time holding on to their seats. […] Here’s a breakdown of the developing primary challenges.

Steve Bannon Interviews John Spiropoulos About His New Project “The Poison in Our Schools”, Cultural Marxism
John Spiropoulos appears on the Steve Bannon podcast to discuss his latest project to raise awareness of the new cultural Marxist education curriculum. Saavedra: Iran’s Navy Reaches New Milestone During Biden-Era; Set To Get ‘Advanced’ Tech To ‘Boost’ Military
Iran’s Navy reportedly reached a new milestone this week as it crossed into the Atlantic Ocean for the first time in its history. “The Iranian ships, the frigate Sahand and the base ship Makran, reached the south Atlantic on Thursday, likely en route to Venezuela, which has increasingly become an economic and military partner of Tehran,” The Independent reported. “Iran has friendly relations with Cuba, where the ships could make a port call.” […] Admiral Habibullah Sayyari said. “Navigating in international waters is a legitimate right of the Iranian army’s strategic navy, and we will continue this path with full force and power. The fleet continues on its longest naval mission to the North Atlantic.”

Showalter: Lost at G-7: Joe Biden wanders into the wrong cafeteria at the G-7 until Jill finally finds him and leads him away
Here’s an item from Gazeta.ru, a Russian private-sector outlet: . . . The first video shows him wandering into a cafeteria for the public instead of the special accomodations reserved for the G-7 leaders. Notice that the crowd guffaws as someone throws out a flip question, which he has to ask her to repeat. When he gives a dullard’s answer, the laughter roars harder, it’s obvious mockery . . . Jill Biden strides in and leads doddering forgetful old grandpa, . . . You know the Russians were watching that one, and will adjust their expectations and tactics accordingly. Biden has a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin coming up after this mishap. […] The second video shows Biden dragging off last through a group of G-7 leaders. Trump pushed his way to be in the front of such meetings, doddering Biden can only bring up the rear. America Last, as they say, . . .

Athey: Exclusive: Chip Roy seeks to ban China from purchasing US land
This land is not CCP land. The bill, ‘called the ‘Securing America’s Land from Foreign Interference Act’’, aims to curb foreign influence gained through major land purchases throughout the United States, which Roy identifies as a major national security threat. A Chinese-based energy company recently purchased a 130,000-acre wind farm in Texas right next to a US Air Force base. Smithfield, one of the nation’s largest meat producers, is owned by a Chinese firm and yet controls nearly 150,000 acres of US land. ‘In their quest for global domination, China has been buying up land and strategic infrastructure all over the world and in the United States,’ Roy said in a statement. “Direct Chinese . . .

Sims: Americans Last: Biden Closes Trump’s Office for Victims of Illegal Alien Crime, Opens Illegal Alien Support Office Instead
On Friday, as Joe Biden bumbled his way around the G7 Summit, his administration was hard at work disassembling more Trump-era immigration policies. During his first week in office, President Trump created the Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement Office (VOICE) within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). For the first time, victims of crimes committed by illegal aliens were given the acknowledgment and support they deserved. That support has now come to a screeching halt with the closing of VOICE. According to the AP, VOICE is to be replaced by the newly created Victims Engagement and Services Line (VESL). VESL’s focus is to provide “methods for people to report abuse and mistreatment in immigration detention centers and a notification system for lawyers and others with a vested interest in immigration cases.”

Taft: The Number of Small Businesses Destroyed by COVID Lockdowns Will ASTOUND You
COVID shutdowns championed by U.S. governors and D.C. bureaucrats are responsible for destroying nearly 40% of small businesses since the virus was unleashed on the world—and we know now that it was for little to no damned good reason. A study by the Proceedings of the National Academies of Sciences revealed recently that shutdown orders made little to no difference in COVID’s impact. From the abstract of the study: . . . […] In short, small businesses could have operated the entire time, exactly like big-box stores did, had it not been for tyrants in statehouses and mayor’s offices around the country destroying lives in the name of “science.”

(H/T AA) Mercola: CDC Caught Cooking the Books on COVID Vaccines
For many months now, we’ve known the COVID-19 pandemic was the result of statistical manipulation and a fraudulent testing strategy. I detailed this scheme in “COVID-19 Testing Scandal Deepens” and “Astonishing COVID-19 Testing Fraud Revealed.” Now, as the infection has become endemic in most parts of the world and the mass vaccination drive is in full swing, U.S. health authorities are massaging data and revising testing recommendations yet again — this time to hide the ineffectiveness of the vaccines. As reported by Off-Guardian, May 18, 2021:1 “The US Center for Disease Control (CDC) is altering its practices of data logging and testing for ‘Covid19’ in order to make it seem the experimental gene-therapy ‘vaccines’ are effective at preventing the alleged disease … The trick is in their reporting of what they call ‘breakthrough infections’ — that is people who are fully ‘vaccinated’ against SARS-Cov-2 infection, but get infected anyway. Essentially, COVID-19 has long been shown — to those willing to pay attention — to be an entirely created pandemic narrative built on two key factors: . . . […] To boost the appearance of vaccine efficacy even further, the CDC also will no longer record mild or asymptomatic infections in vaccinated individuals as “COVID cases.” The only cases that now count as COVID cases — if the patient has been vaccinated against COVID-19, that is — are those that result in hospitalization or death.6 Meanwhile, if you’re unvaccinated . . . […] When asked why the CDC would not include asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic cases if they’ve been vaccinated, CDC director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said . . .

Moseley: Is Climate Change ‘Science’?
“Trust science, not the scientists.” That is the essence of science. That should be widely shared. Unfortunately, climate change advocates have completed the twisting of science (although this was well under way). Science was created to eliminate opinions and the role of prestigious experts. We are watching the rapid collapse of COVID-19 experts, like a house on a Malibu cliff after a heavy rain. Will the unsustainable hoax of climate change be far behind? The establishment system exalts experts if they advance statist goals. But the public rejects royalty. First, science has decayed into “Imagineering.” Thought experiments are not science. (Imagining things can lead to proposed hypotheses. But a hypothesis must still be tested by hard-core experimentation.) Many argue desperately for speculation as being science, when science was designed to avoid speculation.

Chait: The Fake History of the Filibuster Won’t Die – Senators keep repeating a made-up origin story.
Advocates of the Senate filibuster can be proud of one thing. They have successfully carried out an extraordinarily effective propaganda campaign. They have convinced much of the country — and, more importantly, many members of the Senate itself — to believe in a completely made-up version of American history. The imaginary history has been repeated so often that people “know” it to be true and can rattle off its fictional elements when pressed to supply a reason why they support an institution that no overseas democracy, and none of the 50 state governments, have copied. Here is Senator Kyrsten Sinema, speaking to reporters Wednesday, repeating a version of this fake history: “The filibuster was not created to accomplish one thing or another. It was created to bring together members of different parties to find compromise and coalition. And when you think about our Founding Fathers, when they created the Senate, . . . […] First, the filibuster was not “created to bring together members of different parties.” Political parties did not exist when the Constitution was written, and the Founders famously failed to anticipate their central role in the system. The filibuster emerged in the 19th century not by any design, but, as . . .
