Whether it was local election officials working to control outcomes, federal agencies working to support them (CISA, FBI, DHS), financial interests working to fund them (Zuckerberg et al), or social media platforms controlling the visible content and discussion (Twitter Files, Google, Facebook etc.), the objective was all the same. It was a massive one-sided operation against the freewill of the American voter. In the aftermath of the 2020 election, those same system operators, govt officials, corporate media, private sector groups and social media platforms then circled the wagons to scatter the evidence of their conduct. If you questioned anything you were a threat. That’s the context to the dynamic that unfolded. […] I was never in Washington DC on January 6, 2021, nor did I work with or communicate with anyone who was involved in any of the activities that are subject to the J6 committee investigative authority. […] how could there be “public records” and “documentary” evidence of something that never happened?

Justice Juan Merchan handed down the ruling Thursday during a Manhattan Supreme Court hearing after prosecutors sought a protective order to restrict Trump, 76, from publicly revealing any evidence handed over to his legal team as the case unfolds. The judge — who insisted he was not imposing a “gag order” — said Trump was prohibited from talking about evidence specifically obtained by the DA’s Office and turned over to the defense to prepare for trial, including people’s names or personal information. “I am not going to do anything … to infringe on his First Amendment rights,” the judge said.

Merchan said Trump is still free to talk about information that is already on the public record, as well as the vast majority of evidence tied to the case that has comes from the defense. Given Trump’s history of attacks via social media, prosecutors had argued that Trump needed to be silenced to reduce the risk of harassment against witnesses involved in the case.

BLM’s “conservation leases” would allow environmentalist groups and others to seize public lands and potentially place them off limits under the guise of “restoring public lands”. These conservation leases would be offered to “individuals, businesses, non-governmental organizations”. Most of them would go to leftist non-governmental organizations or NGOs. […] BLM’s package of proposals would ‘Californicate’ land management across the country leading to the same measures that crushed farmers, ranchers, energy extraction and mining, created droughts and forest fires, while abandoning productive land to cartels for illegal drug cultivation in what was once a prosperous state for people outside San Francisco and Los Angeles, and industries other than Hollywood and Big Tech.

Protesters flooded the office of Florida Gov. Police issued the warning at roughly 7 p.m., and began making arrests around 7:30.
