The motion to preclude Trump from introducing broad categories of arguments is a way for prosecutors to try to set parameters on what information they believe the jury should, or should not, hear when the case reaches trial. It was filed as the case is effectively on hold during an appeal of the former president’s claims that he is immune from prosecution for acts taken while in the White House.

There’s basically a stutter in the decoding process, as your cells don’t understand what’s being asked for, and this stuttering causes the decoding to skip a letter, thereby garbling the entire code.

During a recent trip to a Reynosa, Mexico migrant camp, I took photos of a United Nations-supported International Organization for Migration (IOM) operation to hand out cash debit cards to intending and repeat border crossers. […] My photos of this posted to Twitter and related dispatch for the Center for Immigration Studies drew outrage among some Republican lawmakers. They saw the images as evidence that the U.S. taxpayer-funded IOM was providing material support to an ongoing mass migration harmful to America’s national interest. A couple of weeks later, Texas Rep. Lance Gooden, R-Texas, and 11 other House Republican co-sponsors introduced the “No Tax Dollars for the United Nations Immigration Invasion Act” bill. It would prohibit the $3.8 billion in contributions currently proposed in the White House 2022 budget to the IOM and other UN-supported organizations. Harel: Israelis hear drilling, feel shaking amid West Bank terror tunnel fears

Residents of Kochav Yair-Tzur Yigal, a town of about 9,000 in Israel’s Sharon region, have told authorities in recent weeks that they feel “shaking and drilling and excavation noises” in their homes at night. The town is located near the Green Line, only about 800 meters from Kalkilya in the West Bank, which is governed by the Palestinian Authority. Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro deployed 5,000 soldiers in response to the U.K. deploying the Royal Navy patrol vessel HMS Trent to Guyana in diplomatic and military support for the former British colony. Maduro claimed the presence of the patrol vessel in Guyana’s sovereign waters is a provocation, saying, “We do not accept provocations, threats from anything or anyone.” Guyanese President Dr Irfaan Ali responded on X, saying, “Neither Venezuela nor any other State has anything to fear from activities within Guyana’s sovereign territory or waters. I have iterated before that we harbor no ambitions or intentions to covet what does not belong to us. We are fully committed to peaceful relations with our neighbors and all countries in our Region.”

Lane: 73 Three and Four-Year Olds, Hundreds of Children Under Six Sent to Disgraced NHS Transgender Clinic

382 children aged six and under have been referred to the Gender Identity Development Service (GIDS) in the Tavistock and Portman Trust, known commonly as the National Health Service’s transgender clinic, in the past ten years new figures from the Trust reveal. The numbers, published by the Daily Mail, reveal how even the youngest children have been pushed into interacting with the controversial clinic, and that the numbers being referred to GIDS have soared in recent years. The clinic, which has no official younger age limit to those it will see, has had 12 three-year-olds referred to it between 2010 and 2020, as well as 61 four-year-olds, 140 five-year-olds, and 169 six-year-olds. The number of young people being sent to GIDS year-on-year shows how quickly the concept is spreading, with 136 referrals in 2010-11 to 3,585 a decade later.

It has been previously reported that the clinic “treated” some 19,000 children of all ages in 25 years.
