Under legal pressure, the National Archives has located 82,000 pages of emails that President Joe Biden sent or received during his vice presidential tenure on three private pseudonym accounts, a total that potentially dwarfs the amount that landed Hillary Clinton in hot water a decade ago, according to a federal court filing released Monday. The total of Biden private emails exchanges was disclosed Monday in a little-noticed status report filed in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit brought against the National Archives and Records Administration by the nonprofit public interest law firm the Southeastern Legal Foundation. The foundation brought the lawsuit seeking access to the emails after Just the News revealed a year ago that Joe Biden had used three pseudonym email accounts — robinware456@gmail.com, JRBWare@gmail.com, and Robert.L.Peters@pci.gov – during the time he served as President Barack Obama’s vice president.

That scenario, one of several the agency ran through its statistical model, is supposedly based on energy, climate, and industrial policies already in place in countries around the world.

Additionally, EERE’s meager $350 savings are highly inflated (by about 70%) due to claimed Social Cost of Carbon (SCC) reductions and nebulous “health benefits,” both of which are highly contested by independent science. At least arguably, EPCA never intended for these concocted benefits to be included, let alone given greater weight than reduced consumer utility costs. Given these one-sided factors (and more discussed below), EERE claims a highly dubious 2.7-year simple payback. It should also be noted that DOE has never based its “determinations” upon any semblance of actual installation histories. Instead, EERE relies on a variety of biased analytical apparatchik that defy (by design) independent verification largely through biased forecasts with results averaged into oblivion. […] Overall, the number of commenters in opposition well exceeded those in favor. Regardless, I expect EERE will finalize this NOPR (with some minor adjustments perhaps) and then the 60-day window starts under the Administrative Procedures Act to challenge a Final Rule. If litigated, I hope that my articles will help make the case that EERE deserves no legal deference and, instead, should be sunsetted, or at least their appliance efficiency standards program.

Reuters: China and Russia Take Aim at US at Chinese Military Forum

Chinese and Russian military chiefs targeted the United States for criticism at a security forum in Beijing on Monday, even as China’s second most senior military commander vowed to boost defense ties with Washington. The lack of regular communications between the U.S. and Chinese militaries has been a worry for Washington as tensions rise over various issues and given the risks of an accidental clash in the South China Sea or near Taiwan. The Xiangshan Forum, China’s biggest annual show of military diplomacy, began on Sunday without a Chinese defense minister, who typically hosts the event, but including a U.S. delegation. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu warned the West that its involvement in the Ukraine war created grave danger.

The Palestinian terrorist group Hamas killed 30 Americans inside Israel and is holding others hostage. Meanwhile American military installations in Syria and Iraq were targeted repeatedly by missile and drone strikes. If you include naval movements in the Mediterranean and Red Sea, the Americans were attacked, responded to, or were getting ready to respond to threats emanating from five places—Gaza, Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, and Yemen. All of the local groups perpetrating these actions are closely allied to the Islamic Republic of Iran. Some political observers and wary Americans fear that the United States is going to be dragged into yet another expensive foreign misadventure or that Iran was going to attack the Americans as part of a broader war between Israel and its many adversaries.

Johnson, meanwhile, has made clear that House Republicans won’t bundle Ukraine aid and money for Israel’s conflict with Hamas, as Biden wants.

Unfortunately for the American people, and U.S. national security, the archetype of threat deflation has been the United States in its relationship with the People’s Republic of China (PRC) from the end of the Cold War with the Soviet Union until today. Successive U.S. presidents, save the Trump administration, underestimated the PRC to a large degree because of the success of the pro-PRC engagement school of thought which has dominated the opinion of elites within the American national security community. Regrettably, the Biden administration has returned to governance by the engagement school of thought, as evidenced by the Department of Defense recently released annual report to Congress Military and Security Developments Involving the People’s Republic of China 2023. Not the policy choices, or whether U.S. military power is a net force for good or ill, but the actual practical machinery behind the American defense base that produces the weaponry necessary to sustain the military. As stockpiles dwindle, there is now widespread agreement among policymakers that America must rebuild its capacity to arm itself and its allies. But according to a new scorching government report released this week, that’s mostly just talk. The Pentagon doesn’t bother tracking the guts of defense contracting, which is who owns the mighty firms that build weaponry. […] One of the more important side stories to the recent wars in Ukraine and Israel, and competition with China over Taiwan, is that the U.S. defense industrial base, composed of 200k plus corporations, is being forced to actually build weapons again. Defense is big business, and since the end of the Cold War, the government has allowed Wall Street to determine who owns, builds, and profits from defense spending. The consequences, as with much of our economic machinery, are predictable. Higher prices, worse quality, lower output. Wall Street and private equity firms prioritize cash out first, and that means a once functioning and nimble industrial base now produces more grift than anything else. […] Surges due to wars aren’t new, and there’s always some time lag between the build-up and the delivery. But today, the lengths of time are weirdly long. For instance, the Army is awarding contracts to RTX and Lockheed Martin to build new Stinger missiles, which makes sense. But the process will take.. five years. Why?

When one compares the aspects of sharia with the U.S. Constitution and its Amendments, there are incompatibilities. Supreme Court Justice Robert Jackson wrote in the foreword of the book Law in the Middle East (1955): “The law of the Middle East is the antithesis of Western law.” The FIRST AMENDMENT to the U.S. Constitution states that Congress shall make no law prohibiting the “free exercise” of religion, yet Mohammed said “Whoever changes his Islamic religion, kill him.” (Hadith Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 9, Book 84, No. 57). Sharia relegates non-Muslims to “dhimmi” status, where they are not to propagate their customs among Muslims, and cannot display a Cross, Christmas decorations, or a Star of David. The Quran states in Sura 4:89, “Those who reject Islam must be killed. If they turn back (from Islam), take hold of them and kill them wherever you find them.” The FIRST AMENDMENT states Congress shall not abridge “the freedom of speech,” yet sharia enforces dhimmi status on non-Muslims, prohibiting them from observing their religious practices publicly, raising their voices during prayer, ringing church bells, or say anything considered “insulting to Islam.” The French philosopher Voltaire once said: “If you want to know who controls you, look at who you are not allowed to criticize.” The FIRST AMENDMENT states Congress cannot take away “the right of the people to peaceably assemble,” yet sharia states non-Muslims cannot . . .[…] The FIRST AMENDMENT states Congress cannot take away the right of the people “to petition the Government for a redress of grievances,” yet sharia states non-Muslims . . . Research has shown that COVID-19 mRNA vaccines reduce bacteria belonging to the Bifidobacteria genus, a common and beneficial gut bacteria. COVID vaccination is also linked to reduced gut biodiversity. Works by gastroenterologist Dr. Sabine Hazan, the CEO of ProgenaBiome, a microbiome genomic research laboratory, found that after COVID-19 vaccination, people’s Bifidobacteria levels can fall by as much as 90 percent. Some of her unpublished data found that Bifidobacteria levels are negligible in vaccinated people. Bifidobacteria are among the first microbes to colonize a baby’s gastrointestinal tract as he or she passes through the mother’s birth canal. They are believed to exert positive health effects on their host. Bifidobacteria interact with the immune system, and their presence is linked with improved immunity against pathogens and cancer. Dr. Hazan’s prior works on hospitalized COVID-19 patients showed that patients who had severe COVID-19 tended to have no or low Bifidobacteria levels, whereas those with higher stores of Bifidobacteria tended to develop asymptomatic infection. In her research, she came across a pair of siblings enrolled in the COVID-19 vaccine clinical trials. “One sibling got placebo, and one got the vaccine. The one sibling that got the vaccine got harmed … and she has no Bifidobacteria bacteria. Her brother, who got the placebo and was not harmed, has this Bifidobacteria,” she told The Epoch Times. On Saturday, during a U.K. league game between the Nottingham Panthers and the Sheffield Steelers, 29-year-old white American hockey player Adam Johnson suffered a gruesome slice to the neck by his opponent’s skate. The grisly video isn’t for the faint of heart. In it, you can see Steelers player Matt Petgrave skate toward Johnson and, with his leg in the air, slash his rival in the throat. Johnson immediately collapses before a referee and teammate usher him off the rink, a deluge of blood streaming from his neck down the front of his jersey and leaving a thick crimson trail on the ice. The team announced on Sunday that he was dead. Petgrave, a 31-year-old black Canadian, has quite the track record of malfeasance in the Elite Ice Hockey League, reportedly racking up the most penalty minutes in 2022 and getting kicked out of games.
