And with Planned Parenthood of Michigan promising “gender affirming” care “via telehealth in the coming months,” Michiganders’ kids won’t even need to leave their house to obtain these sterilizing drugs. Passage of Prop 3 will also give boys a constitutional right to be castrated and girls the right under Michigan’s constitution to be sterilized by way of a hysterectomy or the removal of their ovaries — all without their parents’ consent. Deceptive marketing by Planned Parenthood and far-left politicians, such as Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, hides this reality from Michigan voters, leading Prop 3 to be uniformly referred to as “the abortion amendment” even though the expansive language of the proposed constitutional amendment reaches far beyond abortion.

The Ted Talk, which was held at the University of Nevada, saw Dr. Tandy Aye address the crowd, stating that minors who had been given puberty blockers and hormones at a young age should be in consideration for genital surgery at a younger age. Ashton: Maryland’s largest school district sees over 500 percent increase in non-binary, trans students

Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS), Maryland’s largest public school district, saw a 582 percent increase in the number of students identifying as gender-nonconforming in the last two years, according to internal information posted by an educator on Twitter, the Daily Caller reports. The data comes from forms school counselors are required to fill in whenever a student comes to them to talk about issues related to gender identity. The self-reported stats appear to indicate an enormous near-sevenfold increase in gender-questioning students in just two years.

Public libraries are increasingly foisting anti-Christian sexual ideology on children. This created a major conflict of conscience between my faith and my job. […] All caregivers of children who adore their library as much as I do should know that the LGBT agenda has infiltrated even books for babies, and therefore, public library children’s story times in some areas. Books for children do this now even without explicitly mentioning sex, such as this 2022 Christmas picture book about a dog owned by homosexual men. Books such as the Kitty-Corn series subtly encourage the ideology underlying transgenderism, even without mentioning sex or gender, like many other newer books libraries are buying for very young children. Apparently aware of public disapproval of sexually themed books aimed at small children, industry book reviewers who are highly influential in library purchasing decisions are getting more deceptive in spelling this out in their book reviews. It is also getting harder for librarians to tiptoe around this topic when using these reviews (scroll down to “Editorial Reviews”) when selecting children’s books to put on the library’s shelves. This is true whether you go into a small public library like mine or into a big-city library.

An FBI analyst told Special Counsel John Durham on Tuesday in federal court that the agency offered former British spy Christopher Steele “up to $1 million” to corroborate evidence in his now-discredited dossier that was central to a federal investigation into possible collusion between Russia and the 2016 Trump presidential campaign. The revelation appears to show the FBI, according to the testimony from intelligence analyst Brian Auten, had insufficient solid evidence for the FISA warrant for Trump campaign adviser Carter Page in its investigation and used uncorroborated information to move forward with the probe.

Trump had asked the court to put more than 100 documents with classification markings back in the hands of the special master appointed to review the materials seized from Mar-a-Lago. The DOJ said in their latest filing that Trump “has no plausible claims of ownership or privilege in the documents bearing classification markings” and said that he has never represented in court that he declassified any of the documents — “much less supported such a representation with competent evidence.”

Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Department of Justice for records related to the housing of U.S. Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd at Joint Base Andrews after he shot and killed U.S. Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt inside the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021 (Judicial Watch v U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:22-cv-02948)). Judicial Watch has received information that Byrd was housed at Andrews in the immediate period after he killed Babbitt. The unarmed Babbitt was shot and killed as she allegedly climbed through a broken interior window in the United States Capitol. She was a 14-year Air Force veteran. The identity of the shooter was kept secret by Congress, the Justice Department, and DC police for eight months until Byrd went public in August 2021 to try to defend his killing of Babbitt.

For the first time, Biden said, Americans are concerned “about whether we can keep our democracy.” “Who’s gonna count the votes? Will it be the state legislature that can make a determination in who won the election? I can go on and on. There’s so much at stake,” he said. Biden ended the call saying he had to go deal with an issue with Ukraine but did not elaborate.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to decide whether fetuses are entitled to constitutional rights in light of its June ruling overturning the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision that had legalized abortion nationwide, steering clear for now of another front in America’s culture wars. The justices turned away an appeal by a Catholic group and two women of a lower court’s ruling holding that fetuses lacked the proper legal standing to challenge a 2019 state law codifying the right to abortion in line with the Roe precedent. The two women, pregnant at the time when the case was first filed, sued on behalf of their fetuses and later gave birth.

When the COVID-19 pandemic began, Dr. Bhattacharya turned his attention to the epidemiology of the virus and the effects of lockdown policies. Many more lives would have been saved, and much misery avoided, had we followed the time-tested public health principles laid out in this document. Jay is professor of health policy at Stanford and a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. He earned his M.D. and Ph.D. in economics at Stanford.

Some traits acquired via the mRNA-LNP injections are passed genetically from parents to their offspring. The implications of this new finding are profound. Because of this inheritability, mRNA gene therapies – including mRNA “vaccines” – must be prohibited, at least until more is known, for expecting mothers as well as for parents who are planning to conceive children. As it becomes undeniable that mRNA treatments expose the general population to severe risks, no chances should be taken with unborn babies whose immune systems might be altered in irreversible ways. A preprint study by scientists with the Jefferson University in Philadelphia [Zhen Qi et al. (2022)] received significant attention, as it provides answers to a question many people have had since the roll out of the mRNA COVID vaccine: do the mRNA vaccines change the immune system? After hundreds of millions of mRNA vaccines have been administered globally, fears of altered immune systems have proven justified and supported by recent studies. Zhen Qi et al. reference several articles, such as an important paper awaiting peer review, [Föhse et al. (2021)], which show the Pfizer mRNA COVID vaccine reprograms both adaptive and immune responses. Another study [Arunachalam et al. (2021)] indicates significant changes in the immune system after receiving the Pfizer mRNA Covid vaccine.

The Center Square Staff: Energy analyst says EV charging more expensive than gas

As Illinois transitions into a more electric vehicle-friendly state, an energy analyst says the cost to charge vehicles may slow the process. Gov. J.B. Pritzker wants 1 million electric vehicles on Illinois roadways by the end of the decade. According to the U.S. Department of Energy, at the end of last year, there were just over 36,000 EV’s registered in Illinois. Energy analyst Bill Cinnamon said the adoption of EVs will hit a brick wall when people realize how expensive it is to charge EVs at work or at public charging stations. And charging costs will continue to escalate as the price of grid electricity skyrockets.

“If we trade gas stations for utility-based EV charging during the day, our costs to drive the car and fuel up those cars is going to cost even more than gas at $3.50 a gallon,” Cinnamon said.

What is it that physicians do? We incise, excise, phlebotomize, amputate, extirpate, irradiate, inoculate, enucleate, medicate, intubate, and so forth. Not touchy-feely stuff. […] People can, and do, die from what health care providers do. When you realize the gravity of what can result from your efforts, you are more likely to be cautious. When you discount it, you are less likely. Thinking you can “uproot” it and make it go away makes you both dangerous and deluded (given the current state of the art), in my humble opinion.

A new law in Washington state that places restrictions on police pursuits has resulted in suspects calling 911 to prevent officers from chasing them. In one call released by the Redmond Police Department, a man admits he is driving on a suspend license, but tells the operator when she asks him if he can pull over: “No … he’s not going to get me.” House Bill 1054 requires that officers receive permission from a supervisor to initiate a chase. Proponents of the legislation, including its sponsor state Rep. Jesse Johnson, said it would improve public safety by reducing the number of deaths caused by police pursuits, among other things.
