The private consortium that reported election “misinformation” to tech platforms during the 2020 election season, in “consultation” with federal agencies, targeted several news organizations in its dragnet. Demastri: Biden Admin Sued By Top Business Groups For Alleged ‘Ideological Agenda’ In Anti-Bias Regulations

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, alongside a variety of other business advocacy groups, filed a complaint against the Biden Administration Wednesday morning, alleging that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) was exceeding its mandate in implementing new anti-discrimination measures.

The new measures, implemented in March, expand the CFPB’s mandate under the Dodd-Frank act to regulate “unfair, deceptive and abusive acts and practices” (UDAAPs), to include cases of discrimination. CFPB Director Rohit Chopra described discrimination as “unambiguously unfair,” in the March announcement, but the Chamber of Commerce alleges that the statutes governing the CFPB “consistently treat “unfairness” and “discrimination” as “distinct concepts,” according to the Chamber of Commerce complaint.

A new documentary is giving Texas parents a shocking look at what’s being taught in their kids’ schools: sexually explicit materials “so heinous that they are illegal everywhere else except in the classroom.”

“The Mind Polluters,” premiering this week in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, exposes deliberate efforts by schools to normalize sexual behavior of every kind, using materials and methods the filmmakers say are intentionally “grooming” children to engage in risky sex and setting kids up for abuse.

“They want to sexualize kids,” said Monica Cline, one of the Texas-based activists featured in the documentary. The film documents the origins and damaging effects of graphic Comprehensive Sex Education (CSE) and brain-rewiring Social Emotional Learning (SEL) being pushed through the education system on children as young as pre-school age in Texas and across the country.

Hanford: If Schools Teach Masturbation Poems Under Youngkin Crackdown, What Are They Doing In Other States?

A high school teacher in Fairfax County, Virginia, recently read aloud to her 10th-grade English class the poem “Fingers,” an explicit account of a young girl masturbating. The poem was excerpted from “The Poet X,” a provocative coming-of-age novel by Elizabeth Acevedo assigned to sophomores at Madison High School in Vienna. Despite last spring’s passage of a law requiring advance notification of explicit sexual content, parents were provided no notice of either the read-aloud or the sexual content of the book (other than a general disclaimer of possible mature content at the end of a syllabus listing the titles only).

This incident highlights the growing sexualization of kids in Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS), an effort long led by the school board and permeating both curriculum and recently passed transgender policies. The trend has been countered by Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s law on parental notification of explicit materials, and, most dramatically, by his new transgender policy requiring parental consent for gender-bending in schools. But fierce opposition is mounting in Virginia’s largest school system, and the battle lines are drawing national attention.
