If you don’t have the patience to read through this whole thing, after a bout of some whistleblowing, AG Merrick Garland sent out a letter to DOJ employees warning them not to talk to Congress. “Except as provided in this chapter, no Department employee may communicate with Senators, Representatives, congressional committees, or congressional staff without advance coordination, consultation, and approval by OLA,” the Democratic party hack frantically threatens DOJ employees thinking of blowing the whistle. Now I’m not a constitutional scholar or anything, but last time I checked the legislative branch has a certain role in the government. Telling DOJ employees not to talk to one of the three branches of government has a certain banana republic quality to it. It also loudly announces that the DOJ exists to serve as Biden’s creature.

An influential network, SWIFT has 11,000 member banks in 200 different countries and territories. SWIFT made headlines earlier this year when it sanctioned a number of Russian banks, effectively isolating them from the international financial system. […] Though adopting a digital dollar could have some benefits (convenience, for example), a cashless society brings a whole host of new, potentially devastating dangers. A cashless society, by default, becomes a more surveilled society. […] The World Economic Forum (WEF), the international organization that promotes SWIFT and the Great Reset, recently published its Future Focus 2025 report. Sadler: California enacts bill to punish doctors who disseminate ‘misinformation’ on COVID

Legislators on Monday voted to send AB 2098 to California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom’s desk for a signature, The New York Times reported. The bill was introduced in February by Democratic state Assembly member Evan Low and co-authored by State Senator Richard Pan, a Sacramento Democrat.

According to the language of the legislation, the measure would “designate the dissemination of misinformation or disinformation related to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, or ‘COVID-19,’ as unprofessional conduct. The bill would also make findings and declarations in this regard.” The legislation defines misinformation as “false information that is contradicted by contemporary scientific consensus contrary to the standard of care.” Disinformation is defined as misinformation that is “deliberately disseminated with malicious intent or an intent to mislead.” […] A physicians group has already filed a legal challenge against the legislation. In a lawsuit against California’s Medical Board, Physicians for Informed Consent (PIC) blasted the measure as an attempt to “unconstitutionally target dissenting physicians, including by attempting to intimidate by investigation, censor and sanction physicians who publicly disagree with the government’s ever-evolving, erratic, and contradictory public health Covid-19 edicts.”

Tobin: Biden’s White House Colluded With Big Tech To Gag Covid Dissenters Like Alex Berenson

As far as the managerial class was concerned, Twitter’s permanent ban of journalist and author Alex Berenson in August 2021 was entirely justified. Indeed, most of the reaction to his ban consisted of mockery of the lawsuit he subsequently filed to force Twitter to reinstate him.

Since his ban, Berenson has not only been vindicated, but news surfaced that his silencing was the direct result of a request from the White House. Documents Berenson obtained during the discovery phase of the lawsuit he filed against Twitter illustrate how the government actively works to shut down free speech on issues of public interest. Berenson’s criticisms of the Covid vaccines, which he claimed were ineffective and possibly harmful, came exactly at the time when the federal government, as well as many states and cities, were using every available coercive means at their disposal to force Americans to take them. As such, his speech was deemed extremist and needed to be suppressed to save lives during the pandemic.

Vacchiano: President Biden botches AR-15 facts while stumping against gun violence in Pennsylvania

During the speech, Biden made an unsourced claim about the speed that an AR-15 shoots bullets. “Do you realize the bullet out of an AR-15 travels five times as rapidly as a bullet shot out of any other gun?” Biden asked rhetorically during his speech. It is unclear what the President was referencing, but AR-15s generally do not shoot the fastest bullets. A June study by hunting gear retailer Field and Stream looked at the fastest rifle cartridges – and AR-15 rounds did not make their list.

We’re making a real dent in the state’s carbon emissions.” April 24th, 2021, ladies and gentlemen, remember that date. It’s a moment that will live alongside Thomas Edison’s invention of the incandescent light bulb, alongside Neil Armstrong’s stroll on the surface of the moon. It is a day we saw a glimpse of humanity’s future.

The bill, H.R. 8725, was sponsored by Representative Eleanor Norton, a Democrat representing the District of Columbia, on August 16th and has since been referred to the Committee on Appropriations. If enacted, the proposal would “provide supplemental appropriations for the Emergency Food and Shelter Program to provide humanitarian relief for migrants, and for other purposes,” according to the bill text. “There is appropriated, out of any amounts in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $50,000,000, to remain available until expended, for the ‘‘Federal Emergency Management Agency—Federal Assistance’’ account,” proposes the bill.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) appears to have quietly removed a statement assuring readers that spike proteins don’t remain in the body after injection with mRNA coronavirus jabs. The news appears to lend further credence to earlier statements by medical experts and physicians who expressed skepticism about the jabs, including Texas-based internist and cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, who warned last year that the spike proteins produced in response to the shots are themselves “pathogenic.”

Emails from librarians who brought cross-dressing performers to Republican-leaning Saint Louis suburbs this summer illustrate how easy it is for a few public employees to hijack tax-funded resources to promote sexual behaviors to children. Emails obtained by The Federalist show just a few local librarians in Collinsville and Glen Carbon, Illinois, working with other librarians to use their public positions to promote personal causes. The Collinsville and Glen Carbon Centennial public libraries this summer featured “drag queen storytime” events on June 3, 7, and 21 to promote homosexual “Pride Month.” National surveys show the profession is overwhelmingly white and female — 87 and 81 percent, respectively, in a 2014 American Library Association (ALA) survey. That’s the same demographic becoming Democrats’ most significant voting bloc and often the most likely to push identity politics, often for personal psychological reasons.

Teen Vogue pleaded readers to “fight like hell” for Democrat Stacey Abrams in the Georgia gubernatorial election on Tuesday because “lives are at stake” from the state’s abortion restrictions. Columnist Jameelah Nasheed penned an article insisting that “[n]ow is the time to get loud for Stacey Abrams” as she continued to lag behind in the polls behind current Republican Gov. Brian Kemp. She argued that “as a woman in Georgia,” she is now terrified of the laws put in place following the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. “Abrams has stated that if she’s elected governor, she will ensure that Georgia is a state where people have the right to choose and that she will veto any new laws that criminalize abortion. For the millions of people who can get pregnant and live in Georgia and its neighboring states — those who want to have children and those who don’t — Abrams is best for our health. She’s best for our lives and whether or not we survive pregnancy. To the people who love and care for people with uteruses, this is your concern, too,” Abrams said.

Prager: Women Are Disproportionately Hurting Our Country

Over the course of a lifetime, however, I have come to realize that while society was right about males, it was wrong about females. Whether spoken or unspoken, most people thought that girls just didn’t need to be raised to control their natures nearly as much as boys did. But they do. It’s true that females are not inclined to violence or predatory sexual behavior as men are. But this hardly means that girls and women don’t have to learn to control their natures. On the contrary, as I have been telling parents for many years now, they need to teach their daughters to control their natures just as much as they teach their sons to do so. Specifically, girls have to learn to control their emotions. Just as the male sexual drive and violent impulses can overwhelm their conscience and their ability to think and act rationally, emotions can do the same thing in girls and women: overwhelm their conscience and their ability to think and act rationally. However, it should be obvious that at least two generations of parents—especially among the well-educated—did not teach many of their daughters to control their emotions and think rationally. The result is that women are disproportionately active in doing damage to our society.

Bond: California Senate Passes Bill Allowing Trained Nurses To Perform Abortions Without Doctor Present

The legislation, SB 1375, would allow nurse practitioners who have undergone specific training to perform abortions “by aspiration techniques” in the state without being supervised by a surgeon or a physician. […] The measure now heads to Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom’s desk for signature. The bill is also intended to create more positions for people to carry out abortions. California is expected to receive more women from outside of the state whose home states restrict the procedure.

Rigolizzo: DEA Issues Warning Over ‘Emerging Trend’ Of Rainbow Fentanyl Across U.S.

In a public announcement Tuesday, the DEA warned the public to be aware of the “emerging trend” of colorful fentanyl pills becoming available across the nation. The drug is available in brightly colored pills, powder, and blocks that look like sidewalk chalk. Drug overdoses are the leading cause of death among Americans ages 18-45, the DEA noted.
