All 50 states were represented at Saturday’s “The Moment of Truth Summit” in Springfield, Missouri. Citizen-led investigations into the 2020 election and, in some cases, data from the 2022 primaries were presented. After seven plus hours of watching Mike Lindell’s “State of the States” afternoon pow-wow on Saturday, four major takeaways emerged: 1) U.S. Voter rolls are egregiously poorly maintained. 2) Elected and appointed officials across the nation are either allegedly refusing to cooperate or actively blocking citizen-led election integrity initiatives, whether it’s to investigate machines or clean up the voter rolls.

3) Funding and lawyers are difficult to secure. 4) Despite the odds, citizens across the country continue to be meaningfully engaged in fixing elections. Impressively, all but two of America’s 50 states sent in-person representatives to present summaries of their findings, appearing in alphabetical order. New Jersey and West Virginia sent their findings to Lindell’s team, and their data were summarized by Lindell and moderator Brannon Howse during the summit. Lindell’s platform Frank Speech provides clips from all 50 states on its website here. Red state or not, every state in the country allegedly has systemic problems with election administration. […] After watching each state present its data, it is easy to understand why voting machines are problematic. Reinhart indicated he was satisfied with redactions the DOJ made due to security concerns with the document’s public release. “I find that the Government has met its burden of showing a compelling reason/good cause to seal portions of the Affidavit,” Reinhardt wrote, according to The Hill. The judge acknowledged the potential for a fully unredacted version to compromise the ongoing investigation by revealing crucial information.

Kelly: Republicans Don’t Get It

When Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) looks around his adopted hometown of Washington, D.C.—a city shamelessly and aggressively using every lever of federal power to destroy Donald Trump and the 76 million Americans who dared to vote for him in 2020—he sees only one menace to the well-being of the nation: January 6 protesters. “I do think it’s an important issue,” McConnell said in response to a reporter’s question about a recent poll that ranked “threats to democracy” as the top concern among registered voters who responded. “There were those who were trying to prevent the orderly transfer of power for the first time in American history and that was not good.” But contrary to his somber reflections, January 6 was very good for McConnell; he got exactly what he wanted after the tear gas smoke cleared that evening. As I explained here, not only did McConnell intentionally leave the Capitol largely unguarded, he warned of the irreparable damage to the republic if his Senate Republican colleagues demanded an audit of contested states—the “official proceeding” actually taking place when the building was breached. McConnell later cooed to a reporter that he had prevailed that day. “Exhilarating” is how McConnell described his emotions after congressional Republicans, cowed by the four-hour disturbance, abandoned their plans to seek a 2020 election audit commission.

How were these victories possible, given a national mood that is slowly but surely shifting back in the Democrats’ favor? Unlike the national GOP that failed miserably in the New York election, the Florida GOP—led by Governor Ron DeSantis—has kept the campaign focus where it should be: on hot-button cultural and social issues that get the voters’ collective blood boiling. Economic issues will bring out the same voters who haven’t produced majorities for years. But these issues can produce a broad coalition of voters who otherwise would not turn out for conservative candidates.

Shaw: Biden admin moves to strengthen Obama-era DACA program amid legal challenges

The Biden administration on Wednesday unveiled a regulation to strengthen the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program — which granted protection from deportation for hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as minors – from legal challenges looming over the program. The rule, which will take effect at the end of October, aims to “preserve and fortify” the program — which opponents have argued was illegal and outside the scope of executive authority. […] The substance of DACA remains mostly the same in practice, but it is issued in response to a public comment period. The rule reaffirms the claim that DACA is not a form of lawful status like a visa, but views DACA recipients as “lawfully present” for certain purposes. The rule-making process means it is more likely to survive a legal challenge currently going through the courts.

These concepts are prominently featured in trans activism today, and are used to bolster claims of “gender fluidity.” But Money’s history is a dark and controversial one, the details of which are often neglected when discussing his contribution to the popularization of “gender vs. sex” discourses. Like many sexologists, Money believed pedophilia was a harmless sexuality which, when practiced “properly,” led to the child suffering no harm. In fact, Money’s theories on pedophilia were so sympathetic that, to this day, his work is prominently featured on the website of the North American Man-Boy Love Association (NAMBLA)– one of the longest-established pederast rights groups. Libs of TikTok: DC Children’s Hospital busted by undercover call…

The person behind Libs of Tiktok calls Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC. Last week, I was viciously attacked by the media for raising awareness about Boston Children’s Hospital offering gender-affirming hysterectomies for young girls. Left-wing activists called for me to be banned from social media for drawing attention to a practice Boston Children’s Hospital was publicly advertising. The attacks lasted for a week. They gaslit the public and denied that these types of procedures were being performed on children. According to the media, I was baselessly stoking anti-trans outrage and therefore deserved to be silenced. Undeterred, I decided to focus on finding out if other children’s hospitals were engaged in these barbaric practices, too. That’s when I stumbled across Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C. […] Scrolling through their site, I came across a page which says the hospital treats young patients between the ages of 0 and 21 for gynecology care and gender-affirming medical treatments, including hysterectomies. […] “Gender-affirming hysterectomy” is a fancy euphemism for the carving out of girl’s reproductive system because she’s confused about her identity. It is a permanent, irreversible procedure that makes it impossible for her to bear children later in life.

Hindus are becoming more and more familiar with the Muslim doctrine of taqiyya. A recent article discusses how, on two separate occasions, Muslims murdered two Hindu men by first deceiving them in an effort to get close enough to murder them. In one incident, Muslims entered the shop of their targeted Hindu victim and pretended to be customers—before attacking and beheading him (on the accusation that he had somehow “insulted” their prophet). In the other incident, a Muslim man “befriended” his targeted victim on Facebook. The murderer pretended to be himself a Hindu that wanted to join his intended victim’s organization. When they eventually met, the trap was triggered and the Hindu man slaughtered, also on the charge of “blaspheming” against Muhammad. After giving more incidents of Muslims deceiving Hindus in order to subjugate or kill them, the article highlights and blames the Muslim doctrine of taqiyya: Al-Taqiyya … means to lie, mislead, manipulate and create illusions for an ‘enemy of Islam’ when being persecuted. Except, in today’s day and age, it has been used by Islamists and their apologists to deceive ‘kafirs’ (non-believers of Islam) into believing they are a well-wisher only to stab them in the back (figuratively) or behead them (literally).
