Judge Arthur Engoron said he will conditionally lift the contempt finding if by May 20 Trump pays the fines and submits additional affidavits on his company’s document retention policies and efforts to search for records and a company he hired to aid the search completes its work, according to the Associated Press.

Halon: Youngkin, Hogan send letter to Garland urging him to prosecute demonstrators outside Supreme justices’ homes

According to a copy of the letter obtained by Fox News, Youngkin and Hogan called on Garland to “provide appropriate resources to safeguard the justices and enforce the law as it is written.” Both Republican governors offered their respective states’ assistance to secure the justices’ homes, but said they need Garland and the Department of Justice to “to take the lead.” “There is simply too much at stake,” the last line of the two-page letter reads. […] “The statute is incredibly clear,” Youngin told host Neil Cavuto. “It basically says if you are parading or picketing in order to try to influence a judge, it’s punishable with up to a year in prison. That sounds illegal to me. Of course, this leak was done in order to influence and intimidate our justices. And that’s exactly what these parades and picket lines are trying to do.”

[…] While the court did not reject California’s requirement that young adults must obtain a state hunting license to buy a long gun if they are not a part of law enforcement or the military, it did take issue with the state prohibiting the sale of semiautomatic centerfire rifles to most individuals within that age range.

While mobs gather at the houses of Supreme Court Justices, breaking federal law in the process and lobbing threatening rhetoric, the FBI and DOJ are focused like a laser beam on the true threat in the country: Parents. A whistleblower has confirmed prior reporting on the government’s effort to use counter-terrorism provisions to target parents who have protested at school boards. The submission details specific instances, including some you may have heard of. Just to be clear, if you march on a Supreme Court Justices’ house screaming about fascism and how you are going to “fight,” the FBI will do nothing. They won’t enforce federal law and they’ll instead leak documents claiming it is abortion clinics that are under threat. Further, if you are the Democrat Mayor of Chicago and issue a public “call to arms” against the Supreme Court, the FBI won’t come to interview you. And if you are a Democrat senator who strokes out screaming possibly violent rhetoric (by the left’s own definition) in front of the Capitol, that’s just fine. But if you are a parent who protested a school board full of degenerates who cover up sexual abuse and want to force-feed your children pornographic material, then you are . . .

Thies: ‘Queer Your Classroom’: Teachers Trained on Injecting Gender Ideology into Science, Math Class

The National Science Teaching Association held training sessions for Pre-K-12 teachers to inject gender ideology into their classrooms, including referring to their students by their bodily functions to be a “better intersex ally.” One video included in the slide show says that some use language like “people with penises” or “people with vaginas” instead of “male” and “female” or “men” and “women” so as to be “more inclusive” to transgender people. That language, however, is not inclusive to intersex people. Therefore, the video continues, the way to identify and refer to others inclusively is through the bodily functions they can perform, such as “people who can get pregnant,” “people who can get other people pregnant,” and “people who are at risk of testicular cancer.” The training also tells teachers to hide information from parents if students come out to them. […] Some tips the training gives teachers as to how to refer to their classrooms is never to say things like “ladies and gentlemen” or “boys and girls” and to instead call them other things that “[don’t] reinforce the binary.” “This language is antiquated and restrictive,” it continues. Alternatives include “lovelies,” “party people,” “kids,” and “folx.”

The virtual ‘Creating and Sustaining GSAs in Elementary Schools’ meeting, held over Zoom April 26, saw moderator Katy Butler, a second grade public school teacher at Harvey Milk Civil Rights Academy in San Francisco, poise a question to her fellow panelists concerning pronoun use when it comes to their students. The inquiry, sent to the group by another, unnamed educator, asked advice on how to deal with parents peeved over teachers’ pronoun use. ‘What should we do if a parent requests that we refer to their child by the pronouns associated with their sex assigned at birth instead of their preferred pronouns, and that we use a legal name instead of a student’s chosen name?’ Butler – who panel organizers billed as a white queer cisgender female teacher on social media – read. Butler – the creator of Gender Inclusive Classrooms, the group that organized the panel – then gave way for the three other panelists, staffers at public schools across the country, to weigh in on the matter.

[…] Not only has the left consistently claimed election fraud and illegitimacy, but they also now claim the entire country is illegitimate. The United States is an illegitimate nation, an “unworthy republic,” a country that has pillaged and stolen its way to power. Freedom is an illusion. Our institutions are corrupt and rotten to the core. They must, because they are illegitimate and unworthy, be destroyed. So much for protecting American democracy and the rule of law. The very language of the left implies insurrection and in some circles, there are open calls for it. […] America must burn because all of its institutions and laws were originally enacted by white supremacists. There can be no redeeming such institutions and laws. Only by destroying America can a “new” America be made. But that won’t fly. So softer language is sometimes used. “Transformation.” “Reform.” “Realizing our ideals.” That is mere sophistry to distract from the destabilizing and totalitarian policies the left aims to actualize.
