New data shows 42 percent of Americans want Donald Trump back in office in 2024. The number is 40 percent (14 points) higher than those who want Biden back (28 percent). Kaminsky: ‘If That’s The Rule, We Will Win’: January 6 Acquittal ‘Enormously Important,’ Dershowitz Says
Alan Dershowitz, who is representing a January 6 defendant facing roughly 20 years in prison, told The Daily Wire in an interview Wednesday that the acquittal of Capitol riot defendant Matthew Martin is “enormously important,” sets a legal precedent, and could swing momentum in favor of his legal team.
A federal judge acquitted Martin, a former government contractor at a nuclear weapons laboratory in Los Alamos, New Mexico, on all charges Wednesday. Martin argued that police let him enter the Capitol and that he was waved into the building, The Daily Wire reported. Brady Knowlton, who Dershowitz is representing, spent 18 minutes in the Capitol on January 6 after he and others passed several police officers walking in their opposite direction, The Daily Wire reported. Knowlton told The Daily Wire that an officer said, “You can go in as long as you don’t break anything,” before watching police and protestors shaking hands.

The report reveals that “between 100,000 and 200,000 ballots were transported without a proper chain of custody,” and signature verification standards were greatly decreased in the 2020 election. The Attorney General concluded that “Maricopa County failed to follow the EPM procedures when transporting 20% of the early ballots from drop box locations to MCTEC.” The Attorney General alleges that 381 out of 1,895 Early Voting Ballot Transport Statements were missing required information such as ballot counts, audit signatures, courrier signatures, election department receiver signals, and documentation of security seals.

Republicans in the House of Representatives reportedly plan to subpoena 51 former intelligence officials over their claim that the New York Post’s publication of Hunter Biden’s emails appeared to be part of a Russian disinformation campaign if they do not comply with document requests. Every Republican member of the House Judiciary Committee signed a letter, reported the New York Post, inviting the intelligence officials to testify about the production of the letter that made the claim, including “all people with whom you communicated about the inception, drafting, editing, signing, publishing, or promotion” of it. Signatories of the 2020 letter include former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former CIA directors Michael Hayden and John Brennan.

The platform has also updated its advertising guidelines to prohibit ads containing conspiracy theories, misinformation, and disinformation related to climate change. This is especially important since “it is unequivocal that climate misinformation combined with advertising tools delays meaningful climate action,” said Jake Dubbins, the Co-Chair of Conscious Advertising Network which, along with the Climate Disinformation Coalition, is partnering with Pinterest on the move. Pinterest is also recruiting Pinterest Creators from around the globe to “fuel inspiration around living a greener life” through original content including thrifting tips, clothes upcycling, and minimizing food waste. The platform will be rolling out its own daily editorial content around sustainable living in the lead up to Earth Day on April 22.

Nathan: Wind Energy Company Fined $8 Million For Killing 150 Eagles
The green energy company, NextEra Energy subsidiary ESI Energy, pleaded guilty to violating the Migratory Bird Treaty Act on Tuesday in a Wyoming federal court, according to the Associated Press. Wind energy companies are allowed to apply for a permit that grants them immunity from the inevitable bird deaths that result from the massive turbines that rotate in the air. ESI did not seek that permit, the outlet reported.

Burroughs: DeSantis Signs Bill To Guarantee Visitation Rights For Patients And Their Family Members
Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis signed a bill on Wednesday to guarantee Florida families the fundamental right to visit their loved ones receiving care in hospitals, hospices, and long-term care facilities, promising his residents that they will not be “denied the right” to see their loved ones in hospitals or nursing homes. SB 988, the No Patient Left Alone Act, allows a resident, client, or patient the option to designate a visitor who is a family member, friend, guardian, or another person as an essential caregiver, according to a statement from the governor’s office. “The provider must allow in-person visitation by the essential caregiver for at least two hours daily in addition to any other visitation authorized by the provider,” the text of the bill states. “Throughout the pandemic, the federal government has waived protections for families to visit their loved ones in hospitals and long-term care facilities. That is unacceptable,” DeSantis said in the statement.

Years back, when I lived in Northern California, a huge controversy erupted in a town called Novato about implementing a pro-LGB curriculum and movie called That’s a Family in the elementary schools.  Parents were outraged, including liberals, and it made national news for months. California was the epicenter for gay education/indoctrination in the schools, and I was fully enmeshed in these issues, with kids in public and private schools in Marin and San Francisco.  The school my kids attended at the time was grappling with the same That’s a Family brouhaha.  I led the opposition, with tremendous support from mostly liberal parents, including one LGB parent, who said: “At this age, all my child wants to do is play, be with friends, and is not thinking about these issues.  It’s just not age-appropriate.” How did we get from there to Disney opposing Gov. DeSantis’s Parental Rights in Education bill and bragging about outwardly “queering” entertainment for our kids?  In the early 2000s, . . . […]  At the heart of the LGBTQ+ issue is the larger issue and danger of minority rule.  Radical left-wing activists have displaced the majority rule of our republic, which accords rights and a voice to minorities, with actual minority rule.  This places the American experiment in jeopardy. If you think things are ugly now, just wait.  It’s not someone else’s problem; it affects each and every one of us.  Why?  Because the only way a few can control the many is with an iron fist and a boot on the neck, not with freedom and justice for all.

In the lead-in to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, all of the U.S. involvement in the country was operated by bureaucrats and politicians from the U.S. State Dept, CIA, Intelligence Community and Senate.  The Pentagon played a far lesser supportive role. As a consequence of that previous investment, the current U.S response to the Russian “special military operation” has been spearheaded by the same DoS officials, intelligence agencies and politicians.  The Ukraine engagement is a political operation using NATO and western allies.   As we saw in the Afghanistan withdrawal, the Pentagon is a tool for the politics.

In the months leading up to the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for American social media influencers to promote the games to their American audiences. According to the Washington Free Beacon, the CCP-operated China Central Television (CCT) paid the sports management company Monumental Sports and Entertainment to hold a massive advertising campaign at a Washington Capitals hockey game on January 10th. The company is partially owned by the widow of Steve Jobs, Laurene Powell Jobs, who holds a 20 percent stake in Monumental, the same company that owns the Capitals, the Washington Wizards, and the Capital One Arena. Although the amount paid to Monumental was never disclosed, the company did list a payment of $53,000 for “advertising and promotion.” Overall, CCT spent $26 million in the past six months on television advertising in the United States.

If it’s not Kamala Harris, then it’s Nancy Pelosi and, if not her, then Patrick Leahy, Antony Blinken, Janet Yellen, Lloyd Austin, Merrick Garland…. Obama knows none of these nonentities will secure the transformation he promised America. Instead, there are three steps to return Obama to the presidency: 1. For example, nearly $17 million goes toward the Department of the Interior’s “Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility” programs. $20 million is for the Department of Transportation to promote “equity and inclusion.” Even more – $2.6 billion – is for advancing gender equity and equality globally.
