Thomas More Law Center: December 7, 1941 — “A Date Which Will Live In Infamy”
Today, Americans commemorate Pearl Harbor Day, “A date which will live in infamy”. This is a day to remember the 2,403 Americans killed and the many more who were injured in the cowardly Japanese surprise attack on the morning of December 7th, 1941. Many acts of heroism and valor were performed that morning. This attack thrust the United States into World War II. It began one of the most difficult wars for the preservation of PEACE and FREEDOM. President Roosevelt boldly asserted on the day following the attack, “With confidence in our armed forces, with the unbounding determination of our people, we will gain the inevitable triumph — so help us God.” Patriotic Americans MUST defend our Freedoms with “unbounding determination” as we have throughout our history. Please watch THIS VIDEO which commemorates the Japanese surprise attack on December 7th, 1941, seventy-nine years ago, today. Remember and honor the gallant men and women who were killed and injured on that infamous day. God Bless America. Thomas More Law Center

Jeffrey: November’s 6.7% Unemployment Rate Lower Than Any Month of Obama’s First Term
In fact, the unemployment rate never dropped below 7.7 percent in Obama’s first term in office, and was climbing upward as that term came to an end. In January 2013, when Obama was inaugurated for his second term, the unemployment rate was 8.0 percent.

Alexander: Trump Must Pardon Steve Stockman and Prepare for the Deep State to Come After Him, Too
Conservative former Congressman Steve Stockman was one of the left’s recent victims of the deep state. They made up allegations of charity fraud against him in the early 2010s, and an Obama-appointed judge sentenced him to 10 years in prison. Although every other diabetic over age 60 in his prison was released to home confinement due to COVID-19, he was not due to political bias, and he ended up contracting the virus. Now, conservatives are urging President Trump to pardon Stockman because he’s been able to obtain no justice through the justice system. The deep state is still heavily entrenched in the DOJ, and the left still controls much of the judiciary. Few paid attention to Stockman’s prosecution because the left had not yet weaponized the criminal justice system to a noticeable level. Sure, there were a handful of notable political prosecutions like Ted Stevens, Dinesh D’Souza, Rick Perry, Tom DeLay, Rick Renzi and Sheriff Joe Arpaio. But for the most part, people just shrugged them off thinking those targeted would eventually beat the charges. Not all did. D’Souza ended up serving eight months in confinement. Renzi served about two years in prison. Most were forced to spend millions defending themselves; DeLay spent over $12 million. Emboldened by their success, the left is now preparing . . . […] Rep. Bill Pascrell, a far-left partisan New Jersey Democrat, has filed bar complaints in five states against 22 attorneys working on Trump’s election complaints. . . . Many of these attorneys are going to feel pressured to turn on Trump in order to take a deal so they don’t lose their licenses.

STEALING THE 2020 ELECTION
The Amistad Journey: Set In Stone?
A Historical, Constitutional, and Legal examination of Electoral College Deadlines and their implications for the 2020 Presidential Election The only Electoral College deadline specifically required by the Constitution is noon on January 20, at which point President Trump’s first term officially ends. All other deadlines — the “safe harbor” deadline of December 8, the Electoral College voting on December 14, and even the congressional vote count on January 6 — are dates set by federal law.1 Moreover, these dates are arbitrary, being based on obsolete and outdated concerns. It is also well established that the U.S. Constitution is the highest law in the land, holding precedence over both state and federal laws. In the event that federal law presents an obstacle to faithfully adhering to constitutional requirements, it is necessary to disregard the statute in favor of the plain meaning of the Constitution. Understanding the “safe harbor” provision.

Brewster: Exclusive: The FBI Is Investigating Voter Data Theft In This Key 2020 Election Battleground
On the morning of November 5, as the 2020 election hung in the balance, Arizona federal agents raided a two-story house in Fountain Hills, Maricopa County, a county that had become a key battleground in the presidential race. The agents were looking for evidence of a cyberattack on an unnamed organization and stolen voter data. They left with eight hard drives, three computers and a bag of USB sticks. The resident of the property, a 56-year-old IT expert named Elliot Kerwin, was served the warrant. He is not yet facing charges and was unreachable for comment at the time of publication. There is no indication that anything other than voters’ information, which can be acquired for a few hundred dollars in Arizona counties, was taken from the affected office.
