Did Democrat operatives pose as tiki-torch wielding white supremacists outside a campaign event for Republican upstart Glenn Youngkin in Virginia, this morning? Sure looks like it. NBC29 reporter Elizabeth Holmes just happened to be on the scene when the group of five individuals—which included a black male and a young woman—posed with tiki torches—wearing dark sunglasses in the pouring rain—in front of Youngkin’s campaign bus, apparently in homage to the white nationalist marchers at the 2017 Unite the Right Rally in Charlottesville, Va. […] The group posed grimly as a cold, late October rain poured down on them—so determined they were to get this amazing photo op. Almost immediately, Democrat operatives and McAuliffe Campaign aides retweeted Holmes’ tweet. […] “This is disgusting and disqualifying,” said McAuliffe Communications aide Jen Goodman: . . .[…] Daily Caller reporter Alec Sears did some internet sleuthing and discovered, much to everyone’s shock, that a couple of the tiki-torch-wielding miscreants bear an uncanny resemblance to some young Virginia Democrats, both of whom set their Twitter accounts to private after being outed. […] Late Friday afternoon, the odious Lincoln Project fessed up to being behind the stunt, calling it a “demonstration” to draw attention to Youngkin’s refusal to “denounce Trump’s assertion that the Charlottesville rioters possessed ‘very fine’ qualities.”
Of course, the Lincoln Project is engaging in a nasty, political smear, as usual. […] A Democrat operative named “Lauren Windsor” confessed on Twitter late Friday afternoon that she worked with the Lincoln Project to “coordinate today’s Youngkin action in Charlottesville.”

This week, a U.S. Food and Drug Administration panel unanimously (with one abstention) approved Pfizer’s COVID vaccine to be given to 5- to 11-year-old children. In doing so, the FDA betrayed the expanded mission Congress gave it in the early 1960s after the morning sickness drug thalidomide caused thousands of birth defects in newborn infants in over 40 foreign countries (though exactly how thalidomide caused these defects was not fully understood until just a few years ago). […] The current uncertainty surrounding the use of the vaccine on young children is so severe that one panelist, Dr. Eric Ruben, clearly determined to skip the complete set of clinical trials and other steps ordinarily involved in NDAs for vaccines, asserted that “We’re never gonna learn about how safe the vaccine is until we start giving it. That’s the way it goes.” They’re also apparently not done. In June, a Cleveland TV station reported (as seen in the final seconds of the video at the link, but not in its transcript) that the “next steps” are “looking at 2- to 5-year-olds, and also the 6 months to two-year-olds.” Pfizer’s own “Clinical Trials in Children” page confirms that the company has been conducting trials on children as young as 6 months old.

McDonald: Parents DO Have Every Right to Shape Their Kids’ Curriculum
We shouldn’t be too surprised that the ongoing exodus from public schools is leading those loyal to government-run schooling to go on the offensive. A new Washington Post Op-Ed is leading the charge, boldly declaring in its headline: “Parents claim they have the right to shape their kids’ school curriculum. They don’t.” The two authors, Jack Schneider and Jennifer Berkshire, clearly fear the collapse of public schooling if parents gain access to more education choices. So, they’re attacking parents for having the audacity to think they could actually make such choices. The authors sneer at parents for challenging “experts” like them who clearly know more about raising and educating children than any parent. Indeed, they scoff at political campaigns that tout “parental rights” and slogans that suggest “parents matter.” The writers further allude to the ignorance of parents who might have misgivings about their children being taught such things as critical race theory in schools.

Start with the spectacle of a leader intent on demonstrating “leadership” on climate issues (as in throwing away billions of taxpayer dollars on useless, expensive, and harmful measures to curtail emissions of CO2) parading into Rome with an 85 car slow-moving motorcade, after 4 giant jets carried the party to Fiumicino Airport completed transatlantic flights. China’s President Xi Jinping, in contrast, will be attending the G-20 Summit in Rome today via video link, sparing the atmosphere many tons of CO2 for transportation. To be sure, China is building coal-fired electricity generation facilities at a breakneck speed, but he gets bragging rights on conserving energy compared to Biden’s extravagant emissions.
