Empirical evidence and historical data leads to an inescapable conclusion about the 2020 election. Here are nine categories of suspicious anomalies in Biden’s victory.  Eleven months after the 2020 American presidential election, the official results remain so incongruous, they merit an empirical exegesis.
The political establishment’s narrative is that Biden won an unexpectedly close race, and the outcome requires no further examination. Yet, Biden’s victory is so statistically suspicious, so riddled with ahistorical outcomes, that a detailed data examination is necessary to reassure Americans the official result was, in fact, the actual result. […] Now, let’s consider nine categories of suspicious anomalies that led to Biden’s squeaker of a victory. I. Census Bureau Data In 2020, the Census Bureau found 5 million fewer voters than the number of ballots counted. This is the largest gap recorded since these post-election surveys began in 1964. These 5 million excess ballots account for most of Biden’s national popular vote lead. To cite one state-level example, the Census Bureau found 4.8 million voters in Georgia, but Georgia reported 5 million counted ballots. The Census Bureau’s validated voter survey is a very thorough and comprehensive piece of post-election data analysis. Historically, it has been far more accurate than exit polling and other post-election surveys and studies, as Robert Barnes, a leading political analyst and successful political prognosticator, explained in early May on his “What Are the Odds?” podcast. The nationwide excess of counted ballots over registered voters in 2020 is extremely unusual. Census data usually finds a very small differential between the number of people they identify as having voted in the previous presidential election and the official total number of ballots counted in that election. In 2016, Census voting data matched almost precisely the number of ballots counted. Historically, when Census data has differed from the official ballot count, it has tended to overestimate, rather than underestimate, the number of voters. The opposite was the case in the 2020 election.
Most revealingly, the Census data shows the turnout surge was almost exclusively among White blue-collar voters, an overwhelmingly pro-Trump cohort. Yet, somehow, the surge favored Biden in the end. Turnout in 2020 was 6.7 percentage points higher than in 2016. The Census data on overall turnout, and turnout among specific demographic groups, closely aligns with the macro- and micro-turnout predictions made respectively by Barnes and Richard Baris, the preeminent pollster and managing director of Big Data Poll, and polling data at my firm, Democracy Institute, which forecast a Trump win. “The audit released on [Friday] paints a grim picture of the Wisconsin Election Commission and their careless administration of election law in Wisconsin,” LeMahieu said in a statement. “The audit shows numerous failures within WEC which undermined the free, fair, and transparent elections Wisconsinites deserve.” That audit found numerous problems with voter roll accuracy, absentee voting, the use of drop boxes, and raised questions about the role of outside groups like the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Tech and Civic Life.

Daley: Supreme Court Fast-Tracks Challenges to Texas Abortion Law
The Supreme Court on Friday rebuffed a second attempt to stop enforcement of the Texas Heartbeat Act but agreed to hear two challenges to the law on Nov. 1. The decision is a partial setback for Biden’s Department of Justice, which in an emergency filing on Monday pressed the High Court to block the Texas law, also known as S.B. 8. The law allows private citizens to sue providers if they perform abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detected, which can occur as early as six weeks. Justice Sonia Sotomayor dissented from the Friday order in a short statement. She said the Court was right to take the cases and hear them on an expedited basis, but wrong to allow S.B. 8 to remain in effect. Justices Stephen Breyer and Elena Kagan did not join Sotomayor’s dissent.

This evening, the Heritage Foundation and the C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State at Antonin Scalia Law School hosted a night to remember. We celebrated Justice Thomas’s thirtieth anniversary on the bench. It was truly a star-studded affair. First, the Honorable C. Boyden Gray presented the inaugural Justice Clarence Thomas First Principles Award to Judge Laurence Silberman. I didn’t know how instrumental Silberman was to Thomas’s appointment to the D.C. Circuit, and later the Supreme Court. Second, former White House Counsel Don McGahn introduced Senator Mitch McConnell. I did not know that McConnell wrote his law review student note on the judicial confirmation process. […]  Third, the highlight of the night were remarks from Justice Thomas. He was absolutely beaming with happiness.

Now this… Dr. Fauci’s NIH was also caught funding experiments on AIDS orphans at a New York City hospital in 2004. The Fauci NIH approved experiments on hundreds of New York City orphans.  Government agencies and pharmaceutical companies used the orphans in deadly AIDS drug trials.
In 2005, the city of New York hired the VERA Institute to form a final report on the drug trials. VERA was given no access to medical records for any of the children used in trials. Their report was published in 2008. They reported that twenty-five children died during the drug studies, that an additional fifty-five children died following the studies (in foster care), and, according to Tim Ross, Director of the Child Welfare program at VERA (as of 2009), 29% of the remaining 417 children who were used in drug studies had died (out of a total 532 children that are admitted to have been used). […] The WCW first unveiled the monkey experiment in December 2019, announcing a lawsuit against after the NIH reportedly refused to provide them with ‘videos and other materials related to wasteful and bizarre psychological experiments on primates’. Since released video footage of the testing showed distraught primates chained in tiny cages as researchers surprised them with rubber spiders and mechanical snakes – objects they instinctively fear – to observe their reactions. The NIH scientists then removed portions of their brains or destroyed them with acid to ‘intentionally worsen the primates’ fear’. ‘In the video, a callous NIH ‘white coat’ can be heard joking, ‘Where the hell is the dancing monkey?,’ after one of the tests on the terrified monkeys ends,’ the WCW report states.

On Tuesday, October 26, 2021, the FDA is meeting “to discuss a request to amend Pfizer-BioNTech’s Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for administration of their COVID-19 mRNA vaccine to children 5 through 11 years of age.” In anticipation of this meeting (and to illuminate the real reason why Pfizer is seeking the EUA), we offer a rare point of agreement in our polarized world. One that damns both the FDA and Pfizer: healthy children aren’t threatened by COVID-19. As compared to adults, children are less prone to get COVID, they are less prone to be hospitalized by COVID, and they are far less likely to die from COVID. […]  According to NY Magazine, “among children the mortality risk from COVID-19 is actually lower than from the flu. The risk of severe disease or hospitalization is about the same.” One study published in Nature estimated “that the infection fatality ration [of COVID-19] is lowest among 5–9-year-old children.” That same publication has noted that children just aren’t safe from serious COVID-19 infection. Children “aren’t driving viral spread” and they don’t get infected or spread the infection like adults. For example, studies of some schools in Nebraska showed “were open the whole year with over 20,000 students and staff, and there were only 2 transmission events during that entire study period.” […]  Pfizer has released its data for the clinical studies of its vaccines being administered to kids aged 5-11. Here’s what you need to know. 1. Pfizer boasts a “vaccine efficacy of 90.7%” – in the short-term. It did not measure the vaccine’s long-term effectiveness. 2.The number of participants in the Pfizer studies was (conveniently) “too small to detect any potential risks of myocarditis associated with vaccination.” 3. . . .4. . . 5. . . Despite the unknowns, the FDA has concluded the benefits of the vaccine “clearly outweigh” the risks. But is that really the case? Look for yourself. Here are the FDA calculations, with most its models predicting only ONE preventable COVID-19 death per million children vaccinated. […]  There are also concerns with the FDA committee members. During an interview over the weekend with Fox News, Yale epidemiologist Dr. Harvey Risch explained why he’d rather pull a healthy child from school than give them the vaccine.  “If the child has chronic conditions that make their risk appreciable, then there’s reason they should be considered for vaccination. Other than that if it were my child, I would homeschool them. I am not a pediatrician — I am a recently retired Internal Medicine doctor. I am not an anti-vaxxer. I have taken all the vaccines that have gone through the usual approval protocol for my age group. I have prescribed vaccines for adult patients for 35 years. I am a parent and have thought about the vaccination of children even though my children are grown and making their own decisions now. If I were making this decision, there are several questions that I would ask before agreeing to a COVID-19 vaccination for my child. What is the risk of my child getting seriously ill or dying from COVID-19? COVID-19 mortality is not the same for all ages and the average age of someone dying from COVID-19 is 79 years old. For ages 0-19, the survival rate is 99.9973%. This means that for age 0-19 there will be one death for every 37,000 infections. Sweden, population 10 million, chose not to use masks, had no lockdowns, and did not close schools and had a low rate of infection for children and no deaths.  A widely circulated article in the NY Times last month claimed falsely that 900,000 children have been hospitalized since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. The actual number was 63,000, and even this number comes into question as the FDA/CDC have admitted we have a faulty PCR test for COVID-19 that has many false positives. Dr. Marty Makary and FAIRHealth analyzed health insurance claims and found that all the deaths of children at the time (about 335) were children who had chronic medical conditions and no healthy children had died from COVID-19. A rare post COVID-19 illness of excessive inflammation including myocarditis called MIS-C has affected 5,000 mostly healthy children with a mortality rate of less than 1% (46 children died) Will my child spread the virus to teachers/me/grandma/grandpa? An article by Benjamin Lee and William V. Raszka in Pediatrics found that in the first six months of the pandemic children were not the cause of most spread of COVID-19. The study cited above about Sweden also found that keeping the schools open did not lead to more illness in teachers during the pandemic. It seems that children spread COVID-19 less than adults. How long does the vaccine last? Will my child need boosters? . . . Is the vaccine safe to take? What are the short-term side effects I might expect? . . . What are the long-term side effects of the vaccine for my child that I could expect?  This is one of the main problems — we don’t know. mRNA vaccine have never been used on a human population before for any length of time. Lange: What To Do About Your Local Library Putting Porn On Kids’ Shelves
It was a book that introduced the term “catch-22” into America’s vocabulary. The 1961 novel by Joseph Heller was published 60 years ago this month. It satirized a bureaucratic loop that prevented a military man from requesting a psychological evaluation because, according to the “catch-22” rule, the very act of asking proved he didn’t need one. Merriam-Webster defines it as “a problematic situation for which the only solution is denied by a circumstance inherent in the problem.” The American Library Association (ALA) regularly lists Heller’s novel among famous “banned books.” That’s a dubious claim, but it fits a regular pattern of trumping up claims of censorship to advance a more despicable agenda. Here’s how it works. Leftist school administrators remove American classics like John Steinbeck’s “Of Mice and Men,” Mark Twain’s “Huckleberry Finn,” and Harper Lee’s “To Kill a Mockingbird” from required reading lists in high school. This provides a pretext for the ALA’s official-sounding “Office of Intellectual Freedom” (OIF) to tag the books as “censored.” The OIF then takes parents’ complaints about “woke” and sexually explicit, age-inappropriate books in children’s sections of libraries and categorizes that as “censorship” too, including such books in the ALA’s “Top 10 #BannedBooksList.” The objective is to shift the Overton Window by associating examples of leftist orthodoxy with American classics, and by sexualizing and radicalizing minors. The ALA’s “Freedom to View Statement” ensures that the merest request to move a book from the children’s section to the adult section of the same library — so that is easier to monitor and not staring minors in the face — is counted as a censorial “challenge.” ALA policy says to not comply with such requests, and to direct librarians to fill out a “challenge” form that is sent to the ALA and catalogued as an attempt to “ban the book.”

Across the country, well-funded progressives are snapping up local public prosecutor jobs and using them to exercise dramatic power over the criminal justice system. A recent report offers a way to hold some of these little-attended candidates accountable: turn up the turnout in their races by aligning them with national elections. “Progressive prosecutors” like Philadelphia’s Larry Krasner and San Francisco’s Chesa Boudin have swept to power thanks in part to generous funding, particularly from liberal billionaire George Soros. But they’ve also benefited from running in little-scrutinized local elections, which are relatively cheap and suffer from dramatically low turnout because they do not happen at the same time as national elections. […]  To subject progressive prosecutors to real public accountability, then, they need to face a larger share of the electorate. There’s a simple way to do that, Boston College’s Michael Hartney shows in a new Manhattan Institute paper. Elections like Krasner’s are held “off-cycle,” i.e., out of sync with national elections every other November; moving them on-cycle would dramatically increase turnout.
