NOTABLE QUOTES

President Trump condemns the NY state and city prosecutors in search of a crime: They will do anything to stop the MAGA movement (and me), even if it involves prosecutorial misconduct and harassment of a political opponent, which they are using at levels rarely seen before. They leak, they lie, and they campaign based on information that has already been gone through in other of the many investigations I have put up with.

President Biden tells Israeli President Rivlin: “What I can say to you, Iran will never get a nuclear weapon on my watch, as they say.”

Mehmet Hasan Bulut contributor to Daily Sabah: When a sufficient level of knowledge and technology is reached, the plan is for Big Data to turn into Big Brother thanks to artificial intelligence (AI), the god of transhumanists that will take its place at the top of the pyramid and take control from human hands. Although they have esoteric beliefs, transhumanists do not believe in the soul and instead see the human brain as a machine. They believe immortality will be possible by transferring the human mind to servers or other bodies/machines.

Michael Brendan Dougherty contributor to National Review: When governments and other powerful entities take a hard look at the wholescale shutdown of businesses and social and religious institutions, the requirement to work at home if possible, the Zoomification of social life, the suppression of dissenting opinion and the promotion of government party lines by all major social networks across the globe, what will they see? Tools available for many other problems.

Daniel Greenfield contributor to Frontpage Magazine: American POWs in Vietnam had held out under torture rather than record Marxist confession videos like the one that Milley made for the media to protect his career. But Milley didn’t just stand down in the face of the BLM race riots, he joined the move to divide and weaken the military by bringing the Black Lives Matter curriculum of anti-white and anti-American hate into its ranks

Steve McCann contributor to American Thinker: The generals and admirals who cannot bring never-ending wars to a close, in their self-serving scramble up the ladder, have chosen to ignore the fact that the U.S. military is dependent on volunteers and that operational readiness is their primary mission. What will they do when the enlistment and re-enlistment rates inevitably crater as they continue to force feed anti-American indoctrination on those in the active military? What will they do when they are given a command to set upon or isolate American civilians under the pretext of domestic terrorism? Or told to use their offices and advanced technology to surveil certain segments of society on behalf of “Big Brother”?

Shipwreckedcrew contributor to RedState explains the Biden administration is determined to win on the transgender issue: The main legal proposition being advanced is that the “right” of the lone individual forces all “rights” and “norms” of collective or societal conventions to yield, because the individual will be offended, traumatized, or otherwise damaged if not allowed to act in a manner that makes him/her most comfortable.

James Breen, M.D. speculates another reason why the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Florida Academy of Family Physicians & the Florida Medical Association oppose Florida’s “Parents’ Bill of Rights” legislation HB 241: . . .what else might be behind such forceful opposition by prominent medical associations? Their objection to the bill over the issue of emergency medical care places these medical organizations on the same side as the bill’s other opponents, who object to HB 241 because it shines the disinfectant of Florida sunshine on educational and health-care agendas in direct opposition to the morals and values of many parents. Thus, medical associations’ disapproval of the bill positions them in common cause with other activist organizations with whom they have acted in concert on other battlefields.

Carrie Gress contributor to The Federalist: What we will never see in the splashy pages of Vanity Fair, for instance, are the many happy women who buck the feminist narrative, loving, nurturing, consoling, clothing, cleaning, and adoring their numerous children without trying to live like men. From Maine to Hawaii, these are the women who have opened themselves up to the dramatic and self-sacrificial love required when one person truly loves another. They carry children in their wombs, their arms, their hearts, their minds.

PRESIDENT TRUMP

Stein: ‘They Leak, They Lie’: Trump Says Opponents Are Committing ‘Prosecutorial Misconduct’ At ‘Levels Rarely Seen Before’
Former President Donald Trump slammed New York state and city prosecutors in a statement Monday, alleging that prosecutors are “in search of a crime” to charge him with. […] “Radical Left New York City and State Prosecutors, who have let murderers, rapists, drug dealers, and all other forms of crime skyrocket to record levels, and who have just announced that they will be releasing hundreds of people involved in violent crime back onto the streets without retribution of any kind, are rude, nasty, and totally biased in the way they are treating lawyers, representatives, and some of the wonderful long-term employees and people within the Trump Organization,” Trump said.

Moseley: The Legal Lynch Mob Going After Trump
There has been an increasingly frenzied gusher of leaks from the offices of New York County’s District Attorney, Cyrus Vance, Jr., telling breathless journalists that the grand jury is about to indict The Trump Organization, maybe as early as next week. These leaks specifically relate to the sitting grand jury (which just continued a previous one dating back to 2018). These leaks tell the public that the grand jury will indict Donald Trump any day now. Of course, the hyper-ventilating journalists are confusing an “any day now” indictment of The Trump Organization (a company) with an arrest of Donald Trump as a person. Within a few hours of publication of this article, Politico and other outlets are claiming that lekas indiucate there will be no indictment, while the New York Times claims, “An indictment against the business, the Trump Organization, and a top executive, Allen Weisselberg, could come as soon as this week in Manhattan.” However, some activists crow that if Trump’s business is indicted, this will trigger a financial collapse of Trump’s empire. They argue that all contracts will be automatically cancelled, and loans ‘called’ in because TTO is under indictment (though innocent until proven guilty). Thus, they gleefully predict, Trump will be ruined. That makes Vance’s leaks more damaging than Giuliani allegedly casting doubt on Biden’s status as President.

BEHIND THE DEEP STATE

Gottfried: Populists Are Right to Be Paranoid
We are living in a political culture in which anyone identified with a now-vaguely-defined “right” can lose his fortune, reputation, and possibly his freedom. Meanwhile, the racist, vandalizing left can do what it wants with total impunity. A professor lecturing at the Yale School of Medicine dreamt aloud about “shooting white people,” and has not suffered any significant professional consequence for this disconcerting hate speech. The government’s response to all this is to investigate and possibly imprison white “racist extremists,” whom our new attorney general and the head of the FBI assure us are the number one threat to our safety. It is even possible, if the revelations in Revolver are to be believed, that the FBI helped organize the break-in to the Capitol on Jan. 6. The same actors are now using the break-in they helped engineer to go after Trump voters as an “extremist” danger.

Nitzberg: Conservative TV host Tucker Carlson says the NSA has been spying on him ‘for political reasons’
“The whistleblower, who is in a position to know, repeated back to us information about a story that we are working on” which must have been procured though “my texts and emails,” according to Carlson. “There’s no other possible source for that information, period. The NSA captured that information without our knowledge and did it for political reasons. The Biden administration is spying on us. We have confirmed that,” he said.

JANUARY 6

Kelly: Did Cops Attack and Provoke Peaceful Protesters on January 6?
Joe Biden’s Justice Department is using every legal maneuver at its disposal to keep under wraps more than 14,000 hours of surveillance footage captured by the United States Capitol Police security system on January 6. Prosecutors insist the recordings are “highly sensitive” material; USCP’s general counsel warns that releasing the videos would provoke another “attack” on the Capitol complex. But the trove of footage held by USCP isn’t the only video used as incriminating evidence in court proceedings, particularly hearings where prosecutors argue that a January 6 defendant should remain behind bars awaiting trial. The Justice Department also has footage recorded by body cameras worn by D.C. Metropolitan Police officers. (According to the USCP’s general counsel, Capitol police officers don’t wear body cameras. Interesting.)

2020 ELECTION

Cleveland: 9 Most Insane Lies About Georgia’s Voter ID Law In The DOJ’s Lawsuit
On Friday, the Biden administration filed a 46-page complaint against the state of Georgia, alleging the state’s Election Integrity Act of 2021 violated Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act. For a lawsplainer of the Voting Rights Act, read here. But for a taste of the surreal state of the U.S. Department of Justice under President Joe Biden, follow along. 1. It’s Still 1965 Given that on occasion President Joe Biden believes he’s still in the Senate, it should come as no surprise that his Department of Justice believes it’s still 1965. In alleging that provisions in the Georgia voting-integrity law violate Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, the DOJ opened its complaint by proclaiming that the Georgia legislature enacted the law “against the backdrop of Georgia’s history of discrimination against Black Georgians. ” The complaint continued with an entire section headed “The State of Georgia’s History of Discrimination,” which stressed, “the history of official racial discrimination against Black citizens in Georgia with regard to voting is longstanding, well-documented, and recognized by Federal courts.” The DOJ drafted its complaint as though that reality still exists and acting oblivious to the Supreme Court’s decision in Shelby County v. Holder, even though a few paragraphs later the Biden administration noted that Georgia had been subject to the preclearance requirement of Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act until 2013, when the Supreme Court decided Shelby County. But as the Supreme Court made clear in Shelby County, since Congress passed the Voting Rights Act in 1965 “things have changed dramatically,” and “conditions have changed significantly.” At the time the Voting Rights Act passed, “the blight of racial discrimination in voting” had “infected the electoral process in parts of our country for nearly a century.” […] 2. Georgia Republicans Are a Bunch of Racists
Relatedly, the DOJ’s complaint point-blank accuses the Georgia legislature of racism. In enacting the Election Integrity Act of 2021, “the Georgia General Assembly intended to deny or abridge the right of Black Georgians to vote on account of race or color,” the complaint opens. Significantly, to sue under Section 2, the DOJ does not need to allege intentional racism. Rather, the federal government need only claim that the challenged “standard, practice, or procedure. . . results in a denial or abridgment of the right of any citizen of the United States to vote on account of race or color.”

Castronuovo: Arizona’s Maricopa County to replace all voting machines after GOP audit
The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors released its response to a May letter from Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs (D), in which she expressed concerns “regarding the security and integrity of these machines, given that the chain of custody, a critical security tenet, has been compromised and election officials do not know what was done to the machines while under Cyber Ninjas’ control.” In response, the county told Hobbs it “shares your concerns” and added that the board acknowledges the secretary of state’s “authority as Arizona’s Chief Election Officer to determine what equipment is acceptable for use in Arizona’s elections.”

The Thinking Conservative: Arizona House Passes Bill Requiring Schools Share Stories From People Who Fled Communism As Part of the Curriculum
The Republican-majority Arizona House on Friday approved a bill that could mandate that school teachers share stories from people who fled communism as part of the curriculum. The requirement is part of House Bill 2898 (pdf), which includes changes in laws governing K-12 education in the state. The language was inserted by Republican state Rep. Judy Burges and states that the measure will prepare students to be “civically responsible and knowledgeable adults.” Public schools will be required to teach “a comparative discussion of political ideologies, such as communism and totalitarianism, the conflict with the principles of freedom and democracy essential to the founding principles of the United States” among other changes, the bill’s text states.

Kaminsky: No, Republicans Will Not Win Anything By Bowing Down To The Left
he way to solve America’s issues and connect with Republican voters is not to parrot libertarian talking points that enable leftist power. […] I am always wary of those who purport to speak for their respective generation, and a recent New York Post op-ed by a self-espoused libertarian student at New York University put on full display exactly what the Republican Party must abandon in the years ahead. In close to 700 words, writer Rikki Schlott calls for the GOP to “compromise on social and environmental issues and stand up to leftist extremism,” ignoring that these two are different sides of the same strategic coin. Schlott concedes a talking point that merely assists the left in its campaign to smear Republicans — especially those in Gen Z — as operating in “extremist fringes” who need to be like their predecessors and champion old neoconservatism.

THE DEMOCRAT LED WAR ON AMERICA’S CHILDREN

WND Staff: See the ‘white privilege,’ ‘gender equity’ indoctrination plans for kindergartners
An education website boasting that most American teachers use its lesson plans features thousands of plans for children as young as pre-K and kindergarten promoting gender-fluid, anti-white and anti-American ideology. TeachersPayTeachers.com calls itself “the go-to place for over 85% of U.S. educators to find teacher-created, teacher-tested classroom resources” and “has grown to reach over 5 million educators,” Alicia Powe reported for the Gateway Pundit. The site has 5,552 lesson on the tenets of Black Lives Matter, 3,712 on critical race theory, 166 on white privilege and dozens on “gender equity.” […] Another, for kindergarten to third grade, called “Gender Equality Activities,” features books such as “Ballerino Nate.”

Eckert & McCoy: ‘Gender-Affirming’ Health Care for Children Exposed in New Documentary
“The pediatrician said if I didn’t affirm my daughter’s identity, and I didn’t get her the help that she needed, and she killed herself, I was going to feel awfully guilty—right in front of my daughter.” Horrific conversations like this are happening across the country, and are part of the “gender-affirming” health care trend, which is pushing children to transition to the opposite gender. This is just one of the many heart-breaking stories recounted in the groundbreaking new documentary “Trans Mission: What’s the Rush to Reassign Gender?” […] “Trans Mission,” directed by Jennifer Lahl and Kallie Fell, is available for viewing on YouTube and Vimeo. (Louisiana) Lawsuit: Silicon Valley Billionaire Recruited Election Officials to Accept Grants from Zuckerberg
Landry filed the lawsuit on behalf of the State of Louisiana against CTCL, New Venture Fund DBA Center for Secure and Modern Elections, Dawn Maisel Cole, a private individual; and Full Circle Strategies LLC, “to prevent the injection of unregulated private money into the Louisiana election system.” The lawsuit alleged: . . . CHINA: AMERICA’S MORTAL ENEMY

Black: China vs. America
There can be little doubt the United States is now in a contest with China over which will be the most important country in the world. In important respects, we are replicating the German challenge to the United Kingdom prior to World War I and the renewed German challenge of the 1930s, or the Soviet challenge for 45 years after World War II. As China grows stronger and bolder, and especially as the United States fumbles its way through periods of great distraction and internal political strife, the Chinese—like Hitler—become more brazen and provoking. […] . . . the whole world has seen China steadily raising the ante and becoming more brazen and provoking in its behavior. For decades it has exploited the belief of the well-meaning leaders of the West that good treatment would be reciprocated. But China has ignored its trade and monetary commitments and made a mockery of Western concepts of human rights by its oppression of the Uighurs and of all forms of religious practice. And it has torn up the Hong Kong treaty with the United Kingdom, which remains one of the world’s most important and respected countries. To judge from the Chinese regime’s public announcements, it only wishes to cuff its would-be rivals around a little and make the point that it is actually the world’s leading power to whom all other nations owe great deference.

Hutchison: While Biden Guts Military, China Gains Strength
National security is suffering because of the preoccupation with “woke” indoctrination. There’s only one thing that we can take away from General Mark Milley’s response when a former Green Beret, Representative Michael Waltz, called him out over the use of Critical Race Theory to “train” military personnel: He’s in the wrong job. If Milley really wants to deal with race relations, he needs to put in his retirement papers and either join a nonprofit or run for office. But as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, he has one job: Address the threats posed by China and Russia and their collusion against the United States, the genocidal Iranian regime, and the other conflicts in the Middle East while also handling potential threats in Latin America and Africa. While General Milley, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, and Commander-in-Chief Joe Biden are busy fighting the phantom menace of “white supremacy” in the ranks, China has been engaging in a military buildup.

Revolver.news: They Don’t Make ‘Em Like They Used To: America’s Greatest Old Generals, And Their Sorry Modern Replacements
As much as Revolver admires President Trump’s work on behalf of this country, he was not perfect, and his greatest mistake was probably the enormous deference he gave generals as a matter of course. It was an understandable mistake, though. When Donald Trump was a boy, America had never lost a single war. The country’s World War 2 commanders were living legends who in less than four years built the U.S. military into the mightiest fighting force to ever exist and crushed powerful foes on the far side of two vast oceans. Sadly, the generals of Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria are for the most part not as venerable as their forebears. America has a great military history filled with incredibly gifted men, and the shadow they cast today only exposes the humiliating depths the U.S. military command has fallen to today. To emphasize this important contrast, Revolver would like to present four of America’s most impressive generals, and four of its worst modern ones. George Washington No list of this nature is complete without the father of the country himself. Critical race theorists prefer to target Washington the slaveholder, while armchair history enthusiasts like to bash Washington as a commander who lost most of his battles and needed French help to win the American Revolution. All of this does a hideous disservice to America’s first commander-in-chief. Washington is the polar opposite of America’s current military leaders. Today’s leaders have virtually unlimited money, an Air Force and Navy more than twice the size of any rival, and so many tanks that some of them are simply dumped in the desert while generals beg Congress to stop making so many. And with all that, today’s commanders flail about in Afghanistan and other conflicts, unable to either win them or extricate the U.S. from a quagmire. They have inherited the strongest military force to ever exist and are gradually turning in to a sick joke. Washington wasn’t just a great general in war, but also in peace. […] Mark Milley Let’s start off our modern list with the man of the hour himself. While Washington became the greatest man of his generation by foregoing political power, Milley embodies the modern military man with his craven pursuit of it. By now, most Revolver readers have seen Milley’s embarrassing paean to books about “white rage.” Milley boasts that he reads books advocating radical leftism, as well as books the radical left writes about its enemies, and thus he is a splendidly well-rounded warrior and philosopher. MSNBC talking heads line up to worship him.

BIDEN/HARRIS/OBAMA REGIME: TRANSFORMING AMERICA

Democrat claims that GOP defunded police debunked by behavior of blue cities
As Democrats backpedal from their “defund police” slogan amid a surge in violent crime across urban America, they are road-testing a new meme: It was actually Republicans who voted to defund police by voting against the Biden $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan. That plan included $350 billion in state and local stimulus funds available to replenish police budgets, among myriad other uses. Yet Democratic efforts to redefine stimulus funding as police funding are undermined by an inconvenient reality: Major Democrat-run cities have received generous infusions of “rescue” funds — and voted to slash or freeze police funding anyway.

McCullough: Why Whoever Is “Running Biden” Is More Dangerous Than Marx
Team Biden is full of bad & inherently dangerous ideas. Biological sex is meaningless. Racial makeup means everything. Life has no value. Laws, boundaries & accountability don’t matter. Private property doesn’t exist. Women are bleeding/birthing people. Fathers are oppressive. Faith & Belief are to be eliminated. The dignity of work/earning/saving & building of a legacy is immoral. Merit doesn’t exist. That’s ten, but you could literally list hundreds. Everything they touch and each executive order they have issued advances the corrupt core of where such ideas are born. Some would see these ideas as intuitively Marxist, but they go far beyond that. They do however all carry a key feature of Marxism: Godlessness. […] This administration has been nakedly ambitious in trying to force the Godless way of thinking upon a nation who at present still hold some belief in God.

Justice: Is The Entire Democratic Party Compromised By China?
House Democrats shot down a GOP motion earlier this month that sought to bar corporate cooperation with Chinese slave labor. The Motion to Recommit proposed by Kentucky Republican Rep. Andy Barr amending a Democrat bill on corporate disclosure would have required businesses to report to the Treasury Department if they discover a supplier or other business partner was found using forced labor. Two-hundred and seventeen Democrats rejected the measure and the amendment failed. A look at their corporate donors might reveal why. […] Using open-source Chinese-language documents, satellite imagery, academic research, and on-the-ground reporting, ASPI linked 82 brands with forced labor operations among 27 factories across nine Chinese provinces. A Federalist analysis drawing on financial disclosure reports published in OpenSecrets found least 44 of the 80 companies named made U.S. campaign contributions in last year’s election cycle. A vast majority went to Democrats, who raked in three-quarters of all federal donations from companies credibly accused of harnessing Chinese slave labor, while less than 12 percent flowed to Republicans. Of the nearly $40 million that went to congressional candidates between the two major parties, Democrats took home more than 85 percent, as opposed to Republicans, who received less than 15.

Lamb: Former FOX reporter says media, WHO are covering up reports about effectiveness of Ivermectin, HCQ to treat coronavirus
Ivory Hecker said that FOX censored her when she tried to report on Ivermectin’s effectiveness. She posted a video recently that appeared to include footage from 2020 that her employer did not air. Dr. Joseph Varon is referred to as the “COVID Hunter.” He’s made hundreds of media appearances on news stations in the United States and internationally. He’s also been widely successful in treating COVID because he’s used drugs including Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) to treat COVID. “Almost every outlet has failed to note,” said Hecker, that Varon’s use of the drugs has helped him achieve a low death rate for patients he treats in hospitals. Hecker interviewed Baron, and he said that the media would not include his comments on Ivermectin in their media reports.

FAUCI’S VIRUS: WAS SCIENCE FOLLOWED?

(H/T CC) Delaney: ‘Masterfully done’ documentary exposes false science behind COVID-19 measures
A new high-quality documentary exposes multiple levels of scientific falsehoods behind so-called mitigation measures for COVID-19. Produced by Catholic apologist Mark Mallett, a blogger at Countdown to the Kingdom, the title of the documentary is Following the Science? According to the written introduction, “Everyone from clergy to politicians have repeatedly said we must ‘follow the science.’ But have lockdowns, PCR testing, social distancing, masking, and ‘vaccination’ actually been following the science?” […] It continually “cites renowned immunologists, virologists, microbiologists and others who are experts in the treatment and care of individuals,” as Mallett explains, indicating that the path our governments have put us on “may not be ‘following the science’ at all … but a path to unspeakable sorrows.”

Joondeph, M.D.: Delta Variant – The COVID Sequel
Most successful movies try to cash in on their box office bonanza with a sequel. Some do this well, like The Godfather, with both original and sequel winning best picture. Others simply get old and tiresome, like the Star Wars or Halloween franchises. COVID is no exception, after a wildly successful debut year. Success, of course, is in the eye of the beholder. For those who died or are suffering long haul symptoms, it was a disaster. Same for owners of closed businesses, those still out of work, and individuals and their families dealing with the aftershocks of depression, substance abuse, and a host of other mental health issues. It was successful for those willing do absolutely anything to get rid of President Trump as well as for those standing to gain financially by destroying small businesses, creating a multi-billion-dollar COVID vaccine industry, or bowing to their Chinese and social media paymasters. The COVID sequel is called the “Delta Variant,” . . . […] Time to trot out a new bogey man to instill fear in an already traumatized population, an excuse to go back to the golden days of a year ago of stay-at-home orders, business closures, masks, and any other draconian measures conjured up by the ruling class. […] Perhaps declining vaccination rates are behind the Delta variant scare?

Breen, M.D.: Parents’ Bill of Rights Would Be a Huge Win for Florida Families
The state could move one step closer to reestablishing the integrity of the American family. The Florida Legislature recently passed HB 241, which reaffirms parents’ roles as the sole decision-makers on behalf of their children in both health care and education. If Gov. Ron DeSantis signs the bill, it will take effect at the start of next month. The bill also reasserts parents’ rights to review all school curricula as well as the activities of extracurricular clubs, to consent to medical care for their minor children, to access the full content of their children’s medical and educational records, and to withdraw their children from instruction on sexuality that they find objectionable on moral or religious grounds. The impetus for the creation of the bill, dubbed the “Parents’ Bill of Rights,” was born of a controversial pronouncement by the Sarasota School Board superintendent that elementary school students’ requests to be called by different gender pronouns could be withheld from parents. Bridget Ziegler, a member of the Sarasota School Board and mother of three, worked on the initial draft of the bill in 2019 as a way to rein in state governmental overreach that eroded the singular role of parents in making educational and health-care decisions for their minor children. After learning of its passage, Ziegler declared, “It’s a great bill. It’s a great win for parents and Florida families.” Rather than supporting parental rights in the care of their children, the Florida chapters of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Florida Academy of Family Physicians, the Florida Medical Association, and others recently co-authored a letter asking Gov. DeSantis to veto the Parents’ Bill of Rights.

Piper: Lawsuits challenge critical race theory in charter school curriculum, bias reporting in K-12
Gabrielle Clark and her biracial son sued his Nevada charter school to let him graduate without participating in a mandatory class they claim promotes hostility toward whites as a race. […] It let him opt out of the graduation requirement “Sociology of Change” and expunged his failing grade for refusing to participate, . . . But the Clarks weren’t satisfied with spending several months haggling with the school and going to court only to let William finish school with a clean academic record. They got new lawyers and amended the lawsuit to demand compensatory and punitive damages for harming William’s college prospects, compelling speech and causing him emotional harm. The family is also seeking a legally enforceable ban on the alleged practices used in the class, such as requiring students to disclose their various “identities” and labeling whites and Christians as “oppressors.”

ENTITLED

Showalter: ‘What not to say to a cop’ video goes viral
My brother-in-law, who spent 20 years in the San Diego Police Department as a cop before retiring to Idaho, said he used to ask for patrol assignments in poor neighborhoods over rich ones. “The poor people know the rules,” he explained. What he couldn’t stand were rich, entitled jackasses from places like La Jolla, giving untold complaints, threats, snowflakery, and rank-pullings, and worse over their traffic tickets. So here’s what he was talking about, according to a video posted by the Daily Caller: . . . She’s sanctimonious, whiny, garrulous, argumentive, constantly deflecting the issue about her own texting while driving, and soon slides into snowflakery about her personal safety and personal property, as well as lectures the cop on the law, telling the cop she pays his salary, and spewing some amazingly obnoxious things without a lick of common sense. She’s amazingly unaware of how bad she sounds, and just keeps digging even as the penalties to her get higher. […] A rock music station called The Blitz has more background on this charmer — she posted lies about the cop on social media and tried to rally the community against him, prompting the cop and his department to release the police camera footage. So it’s sort of a genre, and there are probably a lot of them out there.

Walker: Majority of liberal college students not proud to be American, favor socialism, NDSU survey finds
In response to the question “Are you proud to be American?” 57 percent of liberal identifying students answered ‘no’. This is in contrast to the 73 percent majority of conservatives who answered ‘yes’ to the same question. This response was generated from a nationwide survey which asked over 400,000 students from more than 1,000 American college campuses questions about their feelings on a number of social and political issues. NDSU publicly announced the survey on Thursday. Campus Reform reached out to NDSU professors John Bitzan and Clay Routledge, the survey designers, who explained their surprised reaction to the data. […] the survey found that liberals’ attitudes towards the U.S. is greater influenced by higher education than that of conservatives. 81 percent of liberal respondents answered ‘yes’ when asked if their perceptions of the U.S. have developed in college compared to the 44 percent of conservatives who said ‘yes’ to the same question.
