Sixty-year-old Robin, a retail merchandiser in rural Virginia, hasn’t visited the nation’s capital in more than two decades or ever taken part in organizing a political event, although she was quick to volunteer to manage a stop for one of the four vehicle caravans headed to Washington for what many are calling a historic protest on Jan. 6, 2021. In an unprecedented request, President Donald Trump asked his supporters to travel to Washington for a “big protest” on Jan. 6, when a joint session of Congress will be held, during which lawmakers will vet the Electoral College votes cast three weeks prior. A number of House Republicans have committed to challenge the slates of electors from six states where the president has disputed the validity of the election’s outcome.

President Donald Trump will be declassifying U.S. intelligence findings that China paid non-state actors in Afghanistan to attack American soldiers, Axios reported. The findings were briefed to Trump on Dec. 17, two senior administration officials told Axios.

Perhaps one of the most striking things about his presidency was how willingly he showed up to the culture war, something the Republican base has been begging their leaders to do for years, to no avail. Conservatives, in particular, have felt under attack from every significant culture-shaping institution: public schools and universities, Hollywood, the media, Silicon Valley, Wall Street, and major corporations.

Joondeph: Hey, GOP: This is Your Do or Die Moment
Republicans are oblivious to the obvious, that this is their last stand. It’s do or die, sink or swim. The opportunity with orange hair and a Queen’s accent won’t be coming around again. In 2016, he easily dispatched the cream of the Republican crop, a gang of 16, all of whom would have lost badly to Hillary Clinton without him. Are there any heirs apparent? I don’t see any. It’s Trump or a long walk in the wilderness for the GOP. If Democrats, the corporate media, and foreign interests can steal a presidential election, they can steal any congressional or gubernatorial election, easily. If a thief can rob Fort Knox with ease, any bank on Main Street will be child’s play. If they can weaponize the CIA, FBI, IRS, and DOJ to target their political enemies, without punishment, why won’t they double down next time? For the left, crime does pay. There has been no reckoning or accountability for the stolen 2020 presidential election. What’s to stop every subsequent election from being stolen in the same way? I have no doubt that if the 2020 electoral fraud is given a pass, the same methods will be used in full force in Georgia, electing both Democrat candidates to the Senate, making current Senate Republicans irrelevant seat warmers. Does anyone seriously believe that the Biden FBI or DOJ will lift a finger to investigate voter fraud? Forget Special Counsels as they can be fired with the stroke of a pen, cheered on by the DNC media. Republicans may cry foul, but so what? In the permanent minority, they have no power. There is always a Plan B for the Democrats, aside from outright election theft.

The National Pulse is today publishing a full list of news outlets said to have granted the Chinese Communist Party and its propaganda outlets “favorable coverage” or “positive messages” following an investigation into the China-United States Exchange Foundation and ‘BLJ Worldwide’. The full list follows a National Pulse exposé on the China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF), founded by the Vice-Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), which has been identified by the U.S.-China Security and Economic Review Commission as a key component of the Chinese Communist Party’s United Work Front.The he effort, according to the U.S. government report, aims to “to co-opt and neutralize sources of potential opposition to the policies and authority of its ruling Chinese Communist Party” and “influence overseas Chinese communities, foreign governments, and other actors to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing’s preferred policies.” […] With the assistance of BLJ, CUSEF has sponsored trips to China for the following outlets with the explicit goal of “effectively disseminat[ing] positive messages to the media, key influencers, and opinion leaders, and the general public” according to FARA filings. Dubbed “familiarization trips,” the criteria for participants included “effectiveness and opportunities for favorable coverage” in order to secure “favorable” coverage” OUTLETS: . . . […] In addition to CUSEF-sponsored travel, outlets also met with CUSEF officials and the BLJ CEO in various U.S. cities including New York, Washington, D.C., and Chicago.
