Sundance: Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr Uses “Wrap-Up-Smear”, Seeds Grand Jury Story to Washington Post
Everything about a grand jury is supposed to be kept secret to protect the innocent (5th Amendment issue). However, if the motives of the prosecutor are political, they want to exploit Lawfare by leaking information to media. This is the process Nancy Pelosi called “the wrap-up smear“, only this time it is being coordinated with Lawfare. Create a fraudulent accusation; then leak (or merchandise) the accusation to media; then “merchandise” the media report of the leak as evidence to support the fraudulent accusation. This is precisely what Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance is doing with a leaked story about his grand jury against President Trump. You can tell this is the political motive because grand jury secrecy is dismissed in favor of the media leak. If the motive wasn’t political, the DA wouldn’t need the leak.

Sources familiar with the matter told the publication that Trump had been meeting with Gingrich along with sitting down with his former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) at Mar-a-Lago in the past few weeks as they focus on winning back the House and Senate in 2022.
One source told the news outlet that the agenda would have an “America-First” approach on multiple issues such as trade and immigration, describing it as “a policy priority for 2022 and beyond.”

This is about the Left’s unhealthy and unhinged obsession with the former president. In September of 2020, I published a book entitled The Stakes. It was billed as a “current events” or election-year title. The election behind us, the candidate I recommended is no longer president. But the analysis which led me to that recommendation is very much still “current.”
To recap briefly (but read the whole thing!), the book explains how every prominent and powerful American institution, including the federal government, has been taken over by a hostile elite who use their vast powers to attack, despoil, and insult about half the nation. In the sixth chapter (excerpted here), I outline what I think America will look like if the present ruling class refuses to moderate, cannot be forced to share power, and has the wherewithal to keep its regime going. In the seventh chapter, I sketch several possibilities—from secession to Caesarism to collapse—that might result if it turns out that our overlords are a lot less competent than they think. And in the final chapter (excerpted here), I offer policy and other ideas that might enable America to avoid those fates. That chapter (from which this essay is adapted) culminated with a proposal now being talked about widely, namely, to allow counties, cities, and towns unhappy with their current state government to join another. This would be a practical, and practicable, way to ease Blue and Red Americans’ present discontent and exasperation with each other.

Sundance: Maricopa County Forensic Auditor Notes Media and County Officials Intentionally Misleading Public About Deleted Vote Result Databases
The media and Maricopa County officials have been claiming that voter result databases were not deleted; and they reference the ability of the auditors to recover the deleted information as proof the voter data was never deleted. However, according to technical forensic expert Ben Cotton, the ‘D’ drive of the EMS Primary Server was in fact deleted.

Windham 2020 election auditor says error rate ‘way higher than we expected’
An auditor in Windham, New Hampshire, said the majority of ballots had a fold in them and are being reviewed through the town’s audit process investigating the 2020 election. As many as 60% of ballots with machine-made or handmade folds were improperly counted by the town’s four scanning machines, Harri Hursti, one of three auditors selected for the process, told the New Hampshire Union Leader on Monday. “The error rate was way higher than we expected,” Hursti said. After the results of the 2020 state House race for the town were particularly close, a hand recount was requested. That resulted in four candidates in Rockingham District 7 gaining around 300 votes and one candidate losing around 100. […] “Because if someone voted for all four Republican candidates and the ballot happened to have its fold line going through St. Laurent’s target, then that might be interpreted by the machines as an overvote, which would then subtract votes from each of those four Republican candidates,” . . .

There is evidence incriminating the People’s Republic of China, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (possibly others) of being involved in this pandemic in various ways. They would be the same PRC, CDC, and WHO that would be involved in the investigation, big time. I cannot speak for you, but to me, this sounds a lot like a Coca-Cola funded study exploring the effects of sugary soft drinks on childhood obesity. […] Instead of investigating what happened and how to prevent it from happening again, the real interesting one is the legal investigation into who pays how much to whom for the injuries and deaths that occurred. Greenfield: Biden Shut Down Trump Effort to Trace Coronavirus to Chinese Lab
Those involved in the previously undisclosed inquiry, which was launched last fall by allies of then-Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, say it was an honest effort to probe what many initially dismissed: that China’s biological weapons program could have had a greater role in the pandemic’s origin in Wuhan, according to two additional sources. The decision to terminate the inquiry, which was run primarily out of the State Department’s arms control and verification bureau, was made after Biden officials were briefed on the team’s draft findings in February and March of this year, a State Department spokesperson said. Questions were raised about the legitimacy of the findings and the project was deemed to be an ineffective use of resources, explained a source familiar with the decision.
