The letter obtained first by DailyMail.com, led by Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach, demands that the financial institution turn over documents related to its account cancellation policies and requested that the bank update its terms of services to not discriminate against clients with certain political or religious beliefs. The notice comes after it was revealed that Bank of America sent the FBI and U.S. Treasury private consumer financial data to help the agencies investigate crimes related to the January 6 Capitol protest. ‘Unfortunately, Bank of America appears to be conditioning access to its services on customers having the bank’s preferred religious or political views,’ Kobach writes in the letter to Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan obtained by DailyMail.com. ‘Your discriminatory behavior is a serious threat to free speech and religious freedom, is potentially illegal, and is causing political and regulatory backlash.’

[…] The ruling was the first time for the Supreme Court to weigh in on a state law shielding children from life-altering transgender procedures. Labrador celebrated the ruling, saying it was a major win for children in his state. Litigation will continue and the Supreme Court will likely hear the case on its merits at some point after the appeals process.

One shot recipient reported being taken by ambulance to an emergency room for “loss of consciousness and seizure immediately following injection.” Another reported, “For 24 hrs after shot I was so fatigued I could not stay awake. I also have some very strong suicidal thoughts. Zero appetite.” Still more expressed worry about potential allergic reactions.

In close votes, those attempts failed, which means federal agencies can continue their (illegal) practice of snooping on fellow Americans. Obtaining a warrant is a vital part of the rule of law and a requirement by the Fourth Amendment of our Constitution to boot. Stalin would have wished he had something like FISA. Not because of the lack of warrants — the KGB definitely didn’t care about that — but because of something just as, if not more, sinister: the government’s practice of buying American citizens’ data from data brokers.

Amid delivery delays by the United States Postal Service and mail-in ballot fraud, Democrats and the media are finally acknowledging there are some issues with mail-in voting ahead of the 2024 presidential election. As mail-in voting has increased since the 2020 presidential election during the COVID-19 lockdowns, Democrats have advocated for it as an easier method of voting. However, as USPS has experienced delivery issues and ballot harvesting has led to at least one “redo” election, some Democrats and media are noting the issues with the voting method.

USPS started using a new distribution system last year, which appears to have contributed to delays in mail delivery. This can affect the delivery of mail-in ballots both to voters and back to election departments, about which officials have warned both USPS and voters.

A recent, rather sobering report by The Frontier highlights the presence of Chinese criminals, with blessings from Beijing, who exert a particularly strong influence in Oklahoma. In 2018, the authors note, criminal organizations turned their attention to Oklahoma following the approval of a ballot measure by the state’s voters, legalizing the cultivation and sale of cannabis for medicinal purposes. Importantly and troublingly, the legislation did not impose restrictions on the number of dispensaries or growing operations. It simply mandated that cannabis businesses must have majority owners who have been residents of the state for at least two years and prohibited the transportation of the product across state borders. Due to lax enforcement, out-of-state investors, including Chinese criminals, were able to engage in illegal activities by using “straw owners” and trafficked cannabis covertly across the nation. Additionally, the availability of inexpensive land facilitated the rapid growth of the industry, which is now considered by regulators to be the second largest in the state, trailing only behind the oil and gas sector. In November 2023, U.S. Senator James Lankford sounded the alarm over China’s farmland purchases. Sadly, his warnings went largely unnoticed. This should concern all readers, whether they live in Oklahoma or somewhere else in the United States.

The country is now filled with people who chant for its death. That Ayatollah Khomeini invented “Quds Day” is not surprising. “Al Quds” is Arabic for Jerusalem; the name derives from the Hebrew nickname for “the Holy City,” Ir HaKodesh. Khomeini introduced the holiday in 1979, shortly after the revolution that installed him in power. Celebrated on the last Friday of Ramadan, the festival is generally attended by anti-American and anti-Zionist protests and chants calling for the death of both nations. Back in 1979, America was glued to TV screens receiving updates on the Teheran hostage crisis, which was national news and contributed to the downfall of then-president Jimmy Carter. In 2012, a similar hostage crisis, in an American diplomatic facility in Libya, hardly gathered attention. Today, few in the U.S. are aware that Palestinians still hold (if they are still alive) five Americans hostage in Gaza and that they killed dozens more in Southern Israel during the massacre in October last year. The Biden Administration does not appear to be preoccupied with their release. By contrast, Vladimir Putin secured the release of Russian-Israeli dual national Roni Krivol, despite him being a male of military age. That Quds Day is observed in Dearborn, Michigan is not surprising either—but it is disturbing. This year the occasion stirred controversy because it was marked by chants calling Death to Israel and Death to America. It wasn’t the first time such screams were heard in the Heartland, but now they are getting noticed. Even more recently, a group of Chicago leftists planning their protests for the Democratic National Convention this summer were delighted to learn how to chant “Death to America” in Persian.

No sooner had Iran began its criminal bombardment of Israel than these phoney peaceniks were leaping up and down with delight. This is ‘true solidarity’, said one ‘pro-Palestine’ group in response to Iran’s raining down of missiles on the Jewish State. We can now glimpse the truth behind their fake pacifism. We can see their yearning for war on Israel that they cynically dress up as a campaign for peace in Palestine. It’s not a ceasefire woke Westerners want – it’s the humiliation and taming of the Jewish nation. […] Sympathy with Iran is spreading like a pox through social media. Some of it is coming from the toytown revolutionaries of Gen Z, the kind of people who have the Pride flag in their bios and think men can breastfeed. They seem suicidally unaware that Iran hates them, too. Indeed, in recent months privileged radicals have chanted in support of the Iranian-backed Houthis in Yemen, a movement that recently executed 13 students for ‘spreading homosexuality’. Seven were stoned to death, two were crucified. The activist set is so blinded by hatred for Israel that it is even prepared to turn a blind eye to the crucifixion of gays. So long as the men driving the nails into the hands of these homosexuals are Israel-haters like us, we’ll forgive them.

Hamas, clearly buoyed by having the US on their side, has unsurprisingly hardened its position. It is now and is saying it wants Israel to make even more concessions.

Numerous foreign policy experts are urging Israel to deliver a “disproportionate” military response to Iran’s attacks over the weekend and are warning that time is winding down to deal with the Islamic Republic before it becomes a nuclear state. Part of what is driving the concern from foreign policy and military experts is that Iran has strengthened its relationship with Russia and may soon acquire more advanced military hardware from the Russians that will make it much harder for the U.S., Israel, and Arab allies in the region to counter Iranian threats. The Washington Post reported on Monday night that top Iranian officials recently attended a VIP tour of Russia’s most advanced military systems and that they are reportedly seeking to acquire Russia’s S-400 missile system, which some military experts claim can shoot down stealth fighter jets.

[…] On Monday, Third District Court Judge Kathy Wallace heard oral arguments from attorneys representing the clinic and Joyner, who sued the institution last November after the college punished him for sharing his contrarian views with the media on controversial topics such as COVID-19 treatments and testosterone’s effects on athletic performance. He had also criticized the NIH, which provides the Mayo Clinic with hundreds of millions of dollars annually. These vague policies lack accountability mechanisms for administrators and teachers, and are vulnerable to implementation biases, particularly against ideologically conservative students. […] Many of the district’s students and parents are unaware that Fairfax County Public Schools offers administrators, counselors, and teachers a program called Lightspeed Systems. It is essentially an unrestricted power for multiple school employees to surveille students’ computer screens in real time. While his classmates were taking their test, the teacher was spending her time figuratively watching over the student’s shoulder to see what he was reading.

Campus Reform reported this February that Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) abruptly canceled an “Introduction to Bondage” workshop after facing strong opposition online. Now, internal records obtained by Campus Reform show that the university spent more than $100 on various supplies ahead of the event, including nylon rope. The university paper The Collegiate Commons reported that the planned bondage workshop was upcoming, and revealed that the event instructor, “Fynch,” is the author of pornographic stories, including at least one story involving a graphic description of gang rape. Fynch also has an account on a website with ties to child pornography, per the outlet.

Severi: Maine will become 17th state to join effort to elect president by popular vote

Maine’s Democratic governor Janet Mills announced on Monday that her state will become the latest to join an effort to elect the president through popular vote instead of the electoral college. A coalition of 16 states and Washington D.C., have agreed to send all of their electoral college votes to the candidate that wins the popular vote nationwide as part of the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, according to the Associated Press, but the states will need to control 270 electoral college votes in order to implement the proposal. So far, with Maine, it has 209.

Outraged museum staff lashed out at the social media giant on Friday evening saying that the removal or flagging of photos and biographical information of those who died in the death camp was ‘hurtful to survivors, descendants, and all those committed to preserving historical truth.’ […] A Meta spokesperson told MailOnline that Facebook had ‘mistakenly sent notices to the Auschwitz Museum’ that the posts had been ‘demoted’, but said that the posts had never actually been censored. ‘We offer our sincere apologies for the error.’

Starnes: College Students Twerk Butts on Nashville Cop Cars

There was chaos across parts of Nashville as black college students took over streets and twerked on cop cars. There were reports Sunday night of a riot near Tennessee State University. Female students, in a separate incident, exposed their buttocks, got down on all fours and twerked police cars.
