Entities funding the task force – the Rockefeller Foundation, Skoll Foundation, and former Google CEO Eric Schmidt’s philanthropic fund – have decades-long ties to Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance. The effort, headquartered at the University of Virginia’s Miller Center, is the brainchild of Schmidt, who has also served as Executive Chairman of Google’s parent company Alphabet: . . . But if the government does not act, Schmidt said he was confident that he could raise enough money for the group directed by Zelikow to go forward on its own,” a New York Times profile added. What follows describes our oligarchy’s terrible trilemma concerning their narrative of January 6. Multiple sources—chiefly the U.S government by its efforts to hide him—identify Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael L. Byrd as the officer who killed Ashli Babbitt as she was attempting to climb through a window to enter the House Speaker’s lobby that day. Were this identification incorrect, the certainty that the correct one is surfacing in secretless D.C. reminds our oligarchy of how hazardous are the foundations on which it set the ruling narrative that it narrowly thwarted the supposed “greatest menace to our democracy since the Civil War”—armed, white insurrectionists in the act of overthrowing the U.S. government, by courageous police work and prosecutions. From Joe Biden to the lowest ranks of the Justice Department and the media, the oligarchy had bet, in the name of national security, it could stonewall for the long run about who exactly did what on January 6. A forlorn bet, especially since the narrative on which the oligarchy rests its right to intimidate its opponents depends so much on affirming the virtuosity of its acts of oppression—foremost of which was shooting and killing Babbitt. But if the killing was a salvific act, why hide the killer? Why not celebrate him?

He corroborates accounts from other detainees, including reports of abuse by prison guards, inedible food, and zero access to the outdoors, religious services, or physical activity. […] “Curzio does not engage in destructive or violent behavior, and does not appear to encourage or discourage disorderly conduct,” government lawyers wrote in a March motion. “Curzio remains a defendant with a violent criminal history who unregretfully traveled over 900 miles to join a wild mob, unlawfully entered the Capitol, defied a police order to leave, and committed offenses that threatened the governance of the Republic.”
Keep in mind, they are referring to four misdemeanors. […] Curzio also corroborated firsthand accounts and videos showing law enforcement officers assaulting protesters. “We were demonstrating peacefully on the west side of the building, singing and flying our flags. We were telling the police we were there to support them, that we back the blue.” Sometime between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., Curzio said, cops started attacking them. “Out of nowhere, I hear flashbangs flying into the crowd. Cops were running up to the front lines spraying people with mace. One guy was just walking by the line and three cops grabbed him and threw him to the ground. They had things that looked like paintball guns filled with chemicals and they were spraying us then shooting rubber bullets.” That’s when things got worse, Curzio said. “Families and kids were there. It was chaos. That’s when you started to see people scuffling with the police.”

The Girl Scouts told its membership that taking a color-blind approach to life “perpetuates racism,” and parents must have conversations about race and racism “regularly” with their daughters to counterbalance this narrative. The organization released an online resource for parents designed to help their kids “take action against racism.” Much of the data and resources cited in the article are inspired by “anti-racism” and critical race theory. The resource is primarily aimed at encouraging white parents to have conversations with their children about their privilege. […] White Girl Scouts were encouraged to look at the power structures within their neighborhood and school to determine their privilege and understand racism. […] Among the resources was a link to the nonprofit organization The Conscious Kid, which made headlines for hosting a training session that told Hasbro employees that babies as young as three months old can show racial preferences. The Conscious Kid is also linked to the “cancellation” of Dr. Seuss books and Nickelodeon’s race-based special. The nonprofit also teamed up with Google’s charity arm to create an “anti-racist” book list for K-12 teachers.

The Biden White House has bragged about working with Big Tech to silence misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines, mentioning a “disinformation dozen” people. On Tuesday, White House Communications Director Kate Bedingfield expanded the misinformation alarm from the “disinformation dozen” to “conservative news outlets.” Meanwhile, YouTube had deleted a video that mentioned the COVID-19 vaccine — but focused on Washington, D.C.’s new legislation that threatens parental rights. On Friday, Family Research Council (FRC) President Tony Perkins interviewed Mary Holland, president and general counsel of Children’s Health Defense. While Holland and her organization oppose many vaccines, she focused on the issue of parental rights in her interview with Perkins. On Monday, YouTube removed the video for “medical misinformation.” FRC appealed the decision that very day, and on Tuesday, YouTube rejected the appeal. Perkins had interviewed Holland on Washington Watch, a program broadcast on nearly 800 Christian radio stations as well as Christian TV.

Maddie, my three-year-old daughter, is home this week because one of her classmates tested COVID positive. You read that right. It’s July 2021, but our toddler, who is at virtually no risk of transmitting or getting sick from COVID, is forced by the ruling class to be out of school, as are her 23 tiny classmates.
So while I try to do work as I listen to Maddie talk to her imaginary friends, I’d like to pose a question to those making and enforcing policy in Sacramento and Los Angeles. When is it enough? […] Safetyism has obviously infected the highest levels of state and county governments. Yet, for now, we are autonomous people living in a free-ish country where citizens make their own decisions. Every time I strap my children into their car seats I take a calculated risk. Riding scooters down our block, letting Maddie jump into the pool without a floaty, watching her climb massive playground structures on the fly? Risk taken, risk accepted. Going to school when one of 24 children tested positive a few days ago? It’s just ignorant to think that risk is greater — or that anyone but her parents should make that call.

The source mentioned special health screenings at the Military Games, perhaps as a means of monitoring the results of a small, short-term test release of COVID-19. A statement allegedly made by a Chinese People’s Liberation Army officer at the time was “Let the white pigs have some.” The release of COVID-19 at the Military World Games was also a test of the longer term effects of that type of bioweapon because foreign visitors to the Games would carry it back to their own countries and the consequences could be observed.

“We’re flagging problematic posts for Facebook that spread disinformation.” Those were the words of White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki last week, and they should send chills up and down your spine. It’s bad enough that we already have Big Tech playing speech police on a daily basis. Now, the federal government is flagging “problematic posts” FOR Facebook?!? But this level of government censorship and collusion doesn’t stop with Facebook. Psaki turned around the next day to say that if you’re banned from one social media platform, you should be banned from them all. And she admits that the White House hasn’t taken any options off the table when it comes to exercising more control over social media platforms. For the record, that also appears to include censorship of your text messages. (That’s right. They’re even trying to get your phone carrier involved). So, just to recap. The federal government, which is supposed to uphold the U.S. Constitution, is actively aiding social media companies in censoring and banning Americans. Has anyone in the Biden administration read the First Amendment? Surely President Biden must have at some point. After all, he’s been in public office since the 1970s. But Biden took it a to a whole other level, accusing Facebook of “killing people” for allowing “COVID misinformation.” That’s certainly an interesting attack considering Facebook has been a willing partner in censoring people. But apparently, the social media giant hasn’t gone far enough for President Biden’s tastes.
So, what exactly do the Democrats mean by “misinformation”?

Senate Judiciary Committee Democrats demanded this week that the FBI hand over additional information related to its 2018 investigation into Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. The Democrats led by Sens. Sheldon Whitehouse and Chris Coons raised a series of questions about the FBI’s handling of its sexual misconduct probe into Brett Kavanaugh in response to a letter the Bureau sent them in June. They expressed particular concern that the FBI had received more than 4,500 tips and shared ones deemed “relevant” to former President Donald Trump’s White House. […] The lawmakers asked the FBI to share additional details including how tips were considered to be “relevant,” how many tips it shared with the Trump White House, whether tips were ever fully investigated and if the Bureau still had copies of the tips. The lawmaker also asked why potential witnesses identified through the tip line were never contacted or interviewed.

The Scoop: Nature Is Racist? ‘Systemic Racism’ Blocks Black People From Going Outdoors
A report published by Outside Interactive alleged that America’s historically racist policies have contributed to “the nature gap,” resulting in black Americans having less enjoyment of the so-called “great outdoors.” Erin Key, the report’s author, is pushing for minorities to use their free time outdoors in nature through the use of grants and advocacy work. She does not, however, mention that there are no modern laws prohibiting non-whites from visiting public nature sites.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom pledged to house and feed the world’s homeless population this week during a whirlwind “Comeback California” tour that is designed to stave off a September recall by angry voters. The Golden State is already cracking under the weight of the nation’s largest homeless population and one of the worst economic climates post-COVID-19. With millions of middle-class residents and business owners fleeing to red states, those left behind have seen a burgeoning lower class emerge. Gasoline is pushing $5 a gallon, 180,000 homeless pack into all the blue cities, and dilapidated freeways are strewn with trash. […] It’s against this backdrop that Newsom held a press conference Monday pledging $12 billion to combat homelessness on top of billions that have already been spent. People will be taken care of, and anyone who wants to avail themselves to the California dream is welcome, he said in response to a reporter who asked whether he expected the nation’s homeless to descend upon California with this new expenditure.
