NOTABLE QUOTES
Ken Paxton Texas Attorney General when asked if illegals voting could have been a factor in Biden’s wins in many states: “Look, it could have, I mean, there’s a lot of factors that could have had an impact on which way the election went. I think the voter rolls ought to be checked. Secretaries of States of each state ought to check whether people—there ought to be some way to check a database and whether somebody is a citizen or not. I think that’s a pretty important question to know the answer to. Because, obviously, only citizens of this country have the right to vote.”

Sundance: State AG Ken Paxton Explains Legal Position of Texas in Supreme Court Election Lawsuit
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton appears on Sean Hannity to discuss the legal position of his state in an election lawsuit about arbitrary state processes used in the 2020 election. Paxton, on behalf of Texas, has sued battleground states Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin to challenge the unconstitutional creation of their mail-in ballots within the election. Several states have now joined Texas in alignment with the lawsuit. Watch the 7 minute interview.
Margolis: EXPERT: The Odds of Biden Overcoming Trump’s Lead in the Four Swing States Was ‘Less Than One in a Quadrillion’
White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany on Tuesday evening highlighted an incredible statistic that is included in State of Texas v. Pennsylvania, et. al. “Expert analysis using a commonly accepted statistical test further raises serious questions as to the integrity of this election,” the lawsuit reads. “The probability of former Vice President Biden winning the popular vote in the four Defendant States—Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin—independently given President Trump’s early lead in those States as of 3 a.m. on November 4, 2020, is less than one in a quadrillion, or 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000.”

BOMBSHELL Senate Report on Hunter ‘Beijing’ Biden Released
The damning report doesn’t just “raise conflicts of interest concerns, they raise CRIMINAL, FINANCIAL, COUNTERINTELLIGENCE and EXTORTION concerns.” Alarming stuff about the Bidens’ ties to Ukraine & China. “Biden and Archer found willing partners in Chinese nationals connected to the Communist regime.” “Hunter Biden and his family were involved in a vast financial network that connected them to foreign nationals and foreign governments across the globe.” “while Joe Biden was vice president and the public face of the Obama administration’s Ukraine policy. Rosemont Seneca Thornton, an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden, received $3.5 million in a wire transfer from Elena Baturina, who allegedly received illegal construction contracts from her husband, the former mayor of Moscow” “Hunter Biden’s connections and financial associations appear to have accelerated significantly after he associated himself with Ye Jianming, who had deep connections with the Communist regime and PLA. However, that didn’t seem to have any impact on Hunter Biden, who made millions from the relationship. Indeed, Hunter Biden and his family, to include James and Sara Biden, associated with other Chinese nationals such as . . .

Schow: University Requiring Professors To Include Syllabus Statement Committing To ‘Inclusive Classroom’ That Avoids Anything That Is ‘Troubling Or Causes Offense’
The latest example of “woke culture” sold as “diversity” comes from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy, which recently sent an email to faculty members requiring them to add a statement to their syllabus promising to commit to diversity while avoiding anything that is “troubling or causes offense” to students. UCLA law professor Eugene Volokh received the e-mail to faculty from a reliable source and posted it on Reason. The email explains that the university’s diversity committee had come up with the syllabus statement and asked faculty to review the final draft and provide comments or feedback (the deadline for such was last week). The lengthy and contradictory statement reads (emphasis original): . . .
