ADI: Arizona Senate Selects Maricopa County 2020 Election Audit Team
The Senate has contracted with Wake Technology Services, Inc. CyFIR, LLC, Digital Discovery, and Cyber Ninjas, Inc. to conduct the audit. Cyber Ninjas, whose principals have been supporters of the #stopthesteal movement and critics of the 2020 General election count in various states, will lead the team. […] CyFIR is a digital security and forensics company specializing in enterprise incident response, computer forensics, and expert witness support to litigation. It was CyFir’s founder, Ben Cotton, who discovered the Office of Personnel Management breach in 2015. CyFIR was also instrumental in the largest individual bank fraud investigation in the history of the IMF. The team includes the Wake Technology Services group. Members of that group performed hand count audits and Fulton County, Pennsylvania and in New Mexico as part of the 2020 general election cycle. One entity, however, appears to be off the hook so far: Big Tech. If random Americans can be held legally responsible for others who commit crimes, then why are Silicon Valley tycoons with immense power and loads of money not similarly liable? AZ Free News: Second Amendment Firearm Freedom Act Heads To Governor’s Desk
House Bill 2111, dubbed the Second Amendment Firearm Freedom Act, is headed to Governor Doug Ducey’s desk. The Arizona Senate passed the bill in 17-13 bipartisan vote on Tuesday. The Act, sponsored by Representative Leo Biasiucci (R-5), prohibits state, county, and local governments from using resources to implement or enforce federal actions that are inconsistent with Arizona law regarding the regulation of firearms.

Mack: Record 4.7M FBI Gun Background Checks in March
Background checks in March were up 36% from February, as around 4.7 million were initiated, FBI data shows, according to CNN. The number of checks do not equal the number of guns purchased, but they do tend to correlate with the volume of sales. Gun sales have historically trended higher as safety fears gripped America or when citizens anticipated upcoming gun control measures.

Add the relentless desire for Big Tech to collect all data it can suck into a rapacious corporate maw to be digested into more profits and more power over our lives, and you have a perfect storm of tyranny. […] We have a constitutionally implied fundamental right to privacy; various guarantees in the Bill of Rights “have penumbras, formed by emanations from those guarantees that help give them life and substance…creat[ing] “zones of privacy.” Griswold v. Connecticut, 381 U.S. 479, 484 (1965). The right to privacy encompasses everything from what we do in the privacy of our own bedrooms, to how we educate our children, and to what we choose to insert into our bodies. The right to privacy also incorporates a right to be left alone, a concept dating as far back as an 1890 Harvard Law Review Article by Samuel Warren and Louis Brandeis, in which they noted that our laws are universal and eternal, “grow[ing] to meet the new demands of society.” As time passed, “[g]radually the scope of [] legal rights broadened; and now the right to life has come to mean the right to enjoy life, — the right to be let alone; the right to liberty secures the exercise of extensive civil privileges…” Being forced to carry sensitive personal health information on apps is highly problematic from a privacy standpoint.

For countless unremarkable people, being a COVID hall monitor has provided a sense of superiority and importance. They will miss . . . The COVID clingers are trying to squeeze everything they can out of this “crisis” before the momentum fades. We are, by a sleight of hand, being nudged to accept a “new normal” that we never asked for under the guise of returning to the normal that we once had. Newsmax: Pfizer Shot Remains More Than 91% Effective After Six Months
Follow-up data from a final-stage trial of 46,307 people showed the vaccine was 91.3% effective in preventing symptomatic cases starting one week after the second dose through as long as six months. In the U.S. alone, the efficacy rate was 92.6%, according to a report Thursday by Pfizer and its partner BioNTech SE. At the same time, the companies provided some of the first data on how their vaccine might handle the immune-evading B.1.351 variant that arose in South Africa. Nine of 800 trial participants in that country got sick with Covid, including six infected with B.1.351. However, all were in the placebo group, suggesting the shot retains efficacy against the variant.

The Chinese Communist Party shut down and seized property belonging to a church in China’s Chongqing municipality. The confiscation of all of Mt. Olive Church’s property, even including chairs and books, was carried out by over 30 Chinese Communist Party officials from the local police, state security, and local district administration.
