ELECTION INTEGRITY: An Urgent Call to Action for Conservatives During the 2024 Elections
We cannot afford to be complacent. The left is not going to hand us this election or even allow for a fair process to unfold. They are preparing for an all-out battle, and so must we.
Those of us on the right should have a very honest conversation about the next five months, our elections in America and what to expect. Let’s start with the first item of business: the Stalinistic Star Chamber in NYC just concluded with Trump being found “guilty” on 34 counts, more counts than most mass murderers get. That should be a massive wake-up call for the right: Do you really think that people capable of doing that aren’t also capable of rigging and manipulating elections? Of course they are. You’re dumb if you don’t know that. The indictment was political. The judge’s selection was rigged. Just about every ruling from the bench during the trial was designed to ensure a rigged outcome. The jury’s instructions and rigged deliberations. Given all that, of course the “guilty” verdicts were purely political, with nothing to do with anything except Trump being guilty of being Trump and challenging the status quo.
So I would humbly submit that it’s time for us all to firmly plant ourselves in reality; no more kumbaya, rainbows and unicorns. A lot of people are excited about positive national polls. Please stop. News alert: it’s 2024, not 1984. It’s great to see President Trump leading in the polls—something that didn’t occur in either 2016 or 2020—but I hope this verbal 2×4 upside the head tempers your optimism with realism.
The increasingly freakish left, whose “precious” is political power and who conducted a Stalinistic Star Chamber show trial of the leader of the political opposition, are not going to simply roll over and concede defeat. How do people not comprehend this? The left will not meekly accept Trump’s potential victory. They view him as an existential threat to their status quo, the administrative state, and the ruling class elite. The stakes are too high for them to surrender without doing what they do so well when threatened: scratch, claw and cheat. Most Republicans are Marquis of Queensbury types and are seemingly confused by the back-alley street brawling and win-at-all-cost tactics of the left. Don’t be. In fact, stop whining and grow up. So yeah, knowing all that, if I sound dismissive and cynical about positive poll numbers, guess what? It’s because I am.
The numbers I care about—the ones that really count—are the size of the ballot universe in a battleground state and the size of the partisan registration advantage. Conservatives must accept that they are in an “arms race” in seven presidential battleground states (Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia and North Carolina). And the focus there is absentee ballot (AB) universes, particularly among mid-to-low-propensity voters who identify as Republicans or lean to the right (except Nevada, where you can’t generate ABs as every registered voter is already sent one), and the partisan distribution of registered voters. Anyone on the right not focusing their field or digital efforts on those two numbers is wasting donor money and committing political malpractice.
To see what this looks like in reality, consider Arizona. Not too long ago, the Republican partisan voter registration advantage was only about 140,000 over Democrats. Now it’s 243,000. In regards to the Active Early Voting List (AEVL)—think permanent absentee ballot list— Republicans hold a roughly 55,000-person advantage. But none of those statistics are enough for Trump to win in a state he lost by just over 10,000 votes in 2020. In fact, the current GOP AEVL number is 1,069,000 and change. In 2020, it was 1,252,000, with a roughly 80% return and Trump still lost the state. This means it’s crucial for the AEVL number and voter registration numbers to be built upon until the request and registration deadlines in October.
Now let’s look at the flip side, where the left is doing the same to ballot universes and registration—again, an “arms race.” Consider this: in 2020, 11,600 noncitizens received federal ballots and voted in Arizona, a number that exceeded Biden’s margin of victory in the state. Now consider that at least ten million new illegals have been let loose in this country since the 2020 elections. Since I suspect there are people that don’t know what time it is, let me again use my 2×4: people conducting show trials against political opposition, who have been actively importing illegals into the country over the last four years, are absolutely, 100% going to strategically slip tens of thousands of those non-citizens into the electoral process.
The 2024 election will once again be razor thin (2016 and 2020 combined really came down to just over 120,000 votes). What if 20,000 or 30,000 non-citizens are able to vote in the presidential election in every one of the key seven states? It means Biden wins and a lot of us get show trialed. So yes, of course, I think we’re up against it, especially when I hear almost universally that no one has come up with a legitimate solution for preventing non-citizens from voting in November.
Time is slipping away: ballot drops begin in North Carolina in less than 100 days. It’s tempting to celebrate favorable poll numbers, but please stop. Just stop. They are merely a snapshot in time, not a guarantee of victory. Besides, who’s heard of spiking the football at the 30-yard line? I don’t want to spike the football short of the end zone. I want to spike it right off the left’s face on November 6th.
We cannot afford to be complacent. We must acknowledge the lengths to which the opposition will go to retain power. This includes exploiting loopholes, repurposing taxpayer funds, and leveraging every tool at their disposal, both legal and illegal. They have learned their lesson from 2016, when they laid back, took all those positive Hillary polls for granted and did not do the hard work (and their usual rigging) necessary. The left is not going to hand us this election or even allow for a fair process to unfold. They are preparing for an all-out battle, and so must we. Let’s rise to this challenge and ensure that we don’t just run the race, but that we win it decisively. Our country and the happiness and freedom of future generations demand it of us.
